We only stayed one night, but this property is equipped for a much longer stay. The rental units are pre-fab buildings with 4 units per building. You can park right next to your building. They also have an RV park and a bar. They say they are expanding to include live music and a food truck park soon. The location is not near much of anything so some kind of eatery or at least snacks available for purchase would be nice.
Pros: this property is quiet and feels safe. Parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen, recliner, and even a washer and dryer. Very clean. Everything in the room is is good condition. Price was excellent.
Cons: the bed. So, so hard and uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep well due to the bed, so I will not stay here again unless that changes.

What an amazing stay!! This is the definition of a home away from home. We arrived late at night and the staff was kind enough to wait for us to let us in. They have a bar and live music which is very cool ‘, However the environment is very calm and quiet so its nice. The staff is friendly, rooms are affordable, and cozy. The beach is like 10min away and the local restaurants and coffee shops are awesome. Were definitely coming back !!

Here’s what was good: parking is very convenient to room, area is very quiet, rooms are nice, we’ll-appointed with kitchenette and W/D, everything works and is in good order. Good price.
Here’s what I didn’t like: the check in was too long/complicated for an overnight stay. The bed was SO uncomfortable to me (my partner thought it was fine but he’s not as picky).

This place was above my expectations. With it being so affordable I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was blown away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was everything needed. Everything was very clean. Absolutely loved the Gravel Bar being right there as well.

This place far exceeded my expectations! It was exceptionally clean and tastefully designed. My service was stellar and I would highly recommend Freeport Studios to anyone! I travel frequently and can say in all honesty; this place and their customer service have established my new standards for Excellence and I will use them as a comparison point from this day forward. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The only downside was when I got there the room smelled musty. But once I said something, they loaded me up with air freshener and that took care of the problem. I’m already planning a trip in December and will stay here again.

The water ran rusty color for 3 days and then 1 day we had NO water. This is tough when you are at the beach and need to take showers to get the sand off and even brush your teeth. Not Happy :(
