Night 1 woken at 03:35am faulty alarm. Night 2 Woken again following morning 7:30am alarm. In room instruction to evacuate if alarm sounded more than 10 seconds. Unsure what to do as alarm continued longer than 10seconds??? No advice or instruction. Squeaky bed, no spoons in room to make own coffee.

Stayed in room 405, it backs on to the lift.
You can hear people talking and the floor announcements in the lift from the bedroom and it’s almost like they are in the bathroom with you.

Stayed at this hotel as we were attending the races in Doncaster. Amazing location with views of the race course. The hotel staff were lovely, really efficient and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Perfectly placed hotel for an afternoon at the races. The restaurant has a lovely menu and all the staff in both the restaurant and hotel are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Great room looking over looking the race course. Modern and very clean but the main bonus are the staff. All excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The gym is ultra small. There was 4 people in the miniature room and couldn’t get a good workout in.

overall a good night sleeps, But the Bathroom needs updating. breakfast was tasty and lots to choose from. the staff the night befor and at breakfast time could smile a little more. Apart from one older ladie at breakfast she was lovely and friendly 😊

When we arrived around 10pm at the property there was no room available due to double bookings! However the reception staff managed to provide a room and provided complementary breakfast due to the inconvenience of waiting about an hour with my 12 yr old son who was very tired.

My sister and shared a twin room ,was very pleased with the room and the service .the staff were very friendly and accommodating.we originally were only staying for 2 nights but enjoyed our stay and stayed another day.

Given the ratings, I thought this would be a lovely stay. All of the additional payments are annoying and sneaky, car park, breakfast etc, extra charge for room service. It seems Hilton don't engage well with hotels.com/Expedia, so the booking information wasn't pulled through which resulted in delays and extra proof needed e.g. that breakfast was paid for. Overall, disappointing given the marketing and pictures.

Great on site parking right next to the races - room spacious and comfy bed - fridge ! But no water you had to purchase from reception - based on the cost think 2 bottles of comp water in the fridge would be a nice gesture - breakfast fresh and tasty a little busy but plenty of replenishment from staff

The hotel is modern and clean with a large bar / restaurant overlooking the racecourse. Rooms are a decent size and nicely furnished, with a huge walk in shower. We also had a racecourse view which was great. Breakfast was excellent, it's a buffet but with a decent range of good quality hot and cold options. Staff were all very friendly. Only disappointment is that there is an additional charge for parking of £5 per day, would have expected this to be free.
