The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous, but the room was *so* small we could barely fit our luggage and barely move around.
The general guest vibe is very 'instagram influencer' and I feel like having to deal with the other guests (one who tried to pocket my husband's phone as we were checking in?) left a bad taste in our mouths. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but overall wouldn't recommend unless you are getting a large room.

This is a very nice hotel although it is starting to get a little older - the rooms could probably use an update soon. There is a lot of space to "hang out" in and a great rooftop and bar. The food is really good and the staff is well trained.

What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a relatively large room, which is hard to come by in Europe.
The airline lost our luggage and we didn’t even care because the hotel was so wonderful!

It’s a very nice boutique hotel and the service was outstanding. The room however was just ok. Lighting was not good- room was dark. View out the window was into dirty industrial building roof. Minimal natural lighting. Bathroom just ok. But we really liked the location, the sidewalk bar, and the service. Very nice and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel and very gracious staff, and great bar downstairs for late night drinks. Our room was very large and comfortable. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor, but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is lovely and extremely comfortable. The room is really suitable for single occupancy, extremely tight for a couple.

Very friendly staff and old school cozy vibes. The room was very small and toilet was not working properly. The charm of old property is there just too small space room wasn’t ideal.

Great location, walking distance to lots of different attractions and so close to the metro to get to the airport.

Breakfast was good but a little over priced.
What let it down was it’s VERY overpriced for the stay and the size of the room was tiny and not a great view at all.

A perfect location. Very accessible to shopping, sites and metro station. A beautiful building with many special sitting areas for drinks or dining. The rooftop was extra special.

We liked it’s uniqueness and location for our 1st visit to Copenhagen. Food and drink was excellent and the staff were very helpful in planning our day. The bicycles were an excellent option to see the city. Five star!!

The staff is lovely, friendly, go out of their way to help you find things, get places-and given covid were incredibly respectful and kind because we wanted to travel carefully, eat outdoors, etc. The hotel rocks. Great location, gorgeous rooms, restaurant and bar, rooftop. Cant say enough
