Overall good price. Excellent bed and clean room. Hallways and high traffic areas dingy and dirty. Needs a good and consistent cleaning.

First room I walked in the TV was on, the bed looked like someone just got out of it and there were used towels and wash clothes in shower. Second room was much better except the shower needed a good cleaning.

We arrived late with sleeping kids and kept the lights low as we put the kids in bed. In the dark the room looked good. Well the sun came up and the dirt was revealed. The floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned, walls and couches were not clean. Bathroom was ok, and beds were decent! I’m sharing a pic of a couple of the treasures that we found in the floor. Could easily be a great hotel… just needs cleaned!

While there were many things on a positive note about our stay such as the staff who were great and understanding. The breakfast is pretty good too. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standards set forth by Choice Hotels. My shower had a large amount of hair in it and my sisters room had brown water from the faucet of the tub. There are areas that are chipped which could be painted over easily instead of placing a picture over it. Maintenance came to check it out but we didn’t want to risk taking a shower in brown water so my sister and her husband opted to wait until we returned home to shower so we don’t know if it is fixed.
Housekeeping did come remove the hair from the drain but makes me wonder if my room was even cleaned. I doubt I will return to this Comfort Suites again.

Not good. Lobby was hot & unappealing...not welcoming but front desk clerk was friendly! AC in room did not work. Walls thin...could hear everything in next room. Hotel is just worn out. Did not stay for breakfast. Will not stay here again!

This place was rated way higher than it turned out to be. Room was below average smelled of weed and cigarettes. Blood stains were found on the sheets of one of the beds! We were given a different room with no talk of discounting are stay!

Check in lady was as nice as can be. Initial room looked rough. Pull out couch had a lot of stains which made me feel uncomfortable in regards to the cleanliness of the room. Refrigerator had left over food from previous guest. Check in lady apologized multiple times and put us in another room. Pull out couch in that room was rough looking as well. Overall not terrible. But unlikely to choose this location again.

The facility was no well maintained. The carpets were very dirty. The pool was dirty & towels were not stocked. The hallways were scuffed walls, dirty carpets & the elevators had trash on the floors. The rooms were clean but the curtains were barely hanging, the shower glass was not clean & the entire room had a bad smell.

Good accommodations. Rather heavy disinfectant odor. An extra $15 was added to our bill for government fees. This was not mentioned in Hotels.com total costs. Misleading.

When we got to our room, we went out the door one time and upon coming back in- the door lock was malfunctioning. It would not close. We called the front desk (Shane) who tried to fix it. When he couldn’t fix it, he basically said we were stuck with the room because they were sold out. After some persistence, he called his boss and found an open room. Thankful there was a room but at 1230am, it was extremely inconvenient and irritating. After getting to the other room, all the doors in the room had marks on the locks & one did not function correctly. Clearly an issue with multiple rooms in the hotel. We will not be back there.
