The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was on the 4 th floor all the way in the back. The hotel had a bad and strong odor of sewer .

The air conditioner was very very loud and I could not turn it off to sleep. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Very lumpy. Otherwise, the room was clean and everything was very nice inside

We have stayed here several times. It's clean and a great place. This particular stay our TV remote did not work and they ran out of coins for the washer and dryer. Neither thing was remedied which is why I give 4 stars overall.

We went to go get breakfast which I was well aware cost 12 a piece with the $3 discount and the attendant demands to know if we’re eating or getting coffee before I can answer she yells to write our names down it will be charged to the room. I asked if I could pay cash not have it charged and she started arguing with me and my boyfriend then yelled at us as we walked through the lobby to check out. Disrespectful and I will never stay there again if staff like that is employed there.

This hotel was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay. We usually stay at Hampton Inn when we travel because of our dogs, but Hilton Garden Inn is also pet friendly. No complimentary breakfast, but there was a breakfast buffet available in their restaurant. The hotel had a very nice bar along with outdoor eating areas. The fitness center looked larger than what you’ll find in most hotels. We won’t hesitate to stay in a Hilton Garden Inn in our future travels.

They had just shampooed the carpet in our room so the carpet was wet and the room smelled awful with the chemical cleaner they used. We didn't realize the carpet was still wet until we had settled in and took off our shoes, which made our socks wet with the cleaner.
We propped the door open, hoping to sit out the room but it never worked.
We were only staying one night so we suffered through it. Looking back, I wish we would have asked for another room since we didn't sleep well at all, probably due to the smell.

The property was fine but I had problems at checkout. I had already paid for the room through Expedia and they charged my card again. The front desk clerks did not know what they were doing. I will have to call the GM on Monday to get my money back. It was quite a chunk to have withdrawn from my account, not expecting it. Very frustrating. The desk clerk kept saying she was having computer problems but my guess is that it was operator problem.

The wheelchair accessible room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was so large that my husband was able to easily move around the entire room. Also loved having a night stand on both sides of the bed.

The lobby is really nice :-/. Hotel is right on the interstate and we heard traffic all night long, despite white noise machines and AC fans being on. There was no hot water in the morning. Front desk said they had to reset the hot water heater. Never got warm enough to shower. Rooms were also pretty outdated with hunter green/burgundy and carpet. Not my favorite Hilton

Hotel was nice. Clean rooms. Clean lobby. Nice pool for kids to play in. My only complaint was the pet fee. My fault that I missed the fine print but Hotels.com app should have included the $75 pet fee in the optimal fees when I processed my payment. Was not prepared to pay that much for my dog and would have kicked a different hotel that didn't charge so much for a 30 lb. dog.

Top notch hotel. My favorite is how the elevators and hallway smell! Very nice rooms and storage for clothes. Mini fridge, microwave, all the essentials in the bathroom. The gentleman at the check in desk was very professional, kind, and even went out of his way to talk to my pre teen. Very nice bar and restaurant. 8mins from Target and surrounded by tons of restaurants. We walked to an Asian restaurant next door and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!

The front office staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the third four it did have a horrible smell. Overall it was a good stay.
