Came up her for a concert and girls weekend. Wasnt expecting much of this motel but it beyond exceeded expectations. Staff was lovely, our room was a good size and set up nicely. For an older beach motel it was well maintained and very clean. Will definitely return.

This was the last-minute booking. The stuff is very helpful. They were even very nice when I didn’t check out on time and understanding so I decided to stay as sick at night because the staff is so wonderful. Thanks again for a great day and a late check out.

Love this place very quiet and relaxing

We liked that we could walk a little way to the casino ballroom and the beach was close. We must have had one of the units, #7, that really needs to be remodeled, it was very frayed around the edges including an old pink cast iron bathtub! Cheap and worn cabinets as well. Thought it was a little "seedy" for the price of 1 night. Obviously, money doesn't go into property upgrades. My feet were black from being barefoot on the floors, which was all over my new sandals. More attention to cleanliness and remodeling would be a suggestion.

Super friendly staff, good services, room was comfortable, clean and had all necessary supplies. Included a medium sized refrigerator. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Games were available on the grounds (Jenga, ping pong) and coffee & tea were offered in the lobby 24/7 with a microwave. One block from tge boardwalk/ beach, restaurants and stores. Will definitely be back.

Bed wobbled but not unbearable, was annoyed we had no in room coffee maker. Had to pay for ice. No real amenities

It was very clean in the room. I wished there was a table in the room for my family and I could play cards at night . The shower faucet was opposite...the cold was hot and the hot side was cold . Besides from that , it was very nice to stay.

Great location for a show at the Casino. Close to the beach and the boardwalk area. Check in was easy and plenty of parking. Room was clean, shower was good and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again on my next visit.

We only stayed a couple of nights, so we wanted an inexpensive option. This was inexpensive. It was very clean, close to the beach and fit the bill. However a few things: The door did not deadbolt properly. Meaning at all. The deadbolt did not lock all the way in- it went about 1/8” in and that’s it. Not a very secure thing. There was no sprinkler head in the room. The screen on the window was seriously ripped. It has old style louvred windows, and even when they are all the way shut they still let on so much draft that the curtains moved. The standard queen room is seriously small. Not a big deal for us because we were at the beach all day and just slept there. If you are just going to be a couple of nights- like we were- this might be ok. But the deadbolt situation was concerning: my wife did not feel safe.

Paper thin ceiling and the windows were those flap crank out windows with minor gaps. Very loud. People were super nice at the front desk though.

The room they gave us was extremely small. To fit a double bed in the room they had to put it up against the wall. There was no shade on the bathroom window, so I had to put a towel for privacy. I felt unsafe being on the ground floor with not proper locks and it was very loud. It was on the main road. It was not what I ever expected. The lady we spoke to said we could get an early check-in. The other lady said we do not do that so they did not give us an early check-in. I’m really glad they did not. I would’ve been upset most of the day. It is great for walking distance to the The beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. That’s about the only good thing I can say. I will never say there or recommend this place to anybody. I was extremely disappointed.

We stayed in an upstairs room that was had not been renovated yet. Will definitely get a renovated room with kitchenette next time. That being said, great location! 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Boardwalk was nice, plenty of restaurants and shops. There were no issues on the beach or boardwalk that we observed so it seems really safe and kid friendly. The parking lot exit is directly across from the road that takes you to the main entrance to the beach. This hotel is in a prime location and they keep the pool area spotless (not heated). Our room was musty because of the old carpets. Renovated rooms have vinyl flooring and new bedding. I believe only the downstairs rooms have been renovated. The air conditioner was a bit loud when it kicked on but it worked and that’s all we cared about. All in all, great time and nice place to stay.

Was clean and checked in no problem. Was there for a concert at the Casino Ballroom. And was convenient Only thing was a stain on the shower curtain, most likely water stain but looks like a blood stain.

Overnight stay at Hampton Beach. Room served its purpose. Small but comfortable. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use some updating but was fine. Front desk staff was attentive at check in and check out. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the front office. Poor area was nice and pool was clean. Weather wasn’t the greatest so didn’t use the pool.
