The suite was very clean and the kitchenette was equipped with what we needed. I paid for the room well in advance and was not expecting to put up $40 for incidentals which is still pending on my checking account. I didn’t get a receipt from the hotel for my stay because I booked thru a 2nd party.

i loved this hotel so much all the people were very helpful The housekeepers are very clean, The rooms are wonderfully spacious yes i will be back !!!

The hotel was good and the staff for the most part was good . The breakfast was good, but my room smelled like a wet dog/cat had been living in there for months

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice and friendly and accommodated all my needs. The room was very cozy and comfortable.

Breakfast options limited and almost same everyday. Once found spoiled English muffin mixed in with other bread, brought that to the staff- was told “I’ll let them know” - WTH????? Stayed from Monday to Sunday. Next time in the are will look for other options.

The Hotel is great! Need better customer service though. My family and I never complain, but wow we were not even greeted when we walked in or even spoke to after the entire Check in process. I cannot even believe it. But the hotel is nice and clean and beds are comfortable, so that made up for it.

Was not satisfied with the room, staff, would not allow me to change rooms!!

Cute updated rooms, nice breakfast, and great manager on site. 1st room room we got had comforters that were dirty with pet fur and food stains, that was a let down since we drove so far to get dirty bedding. We were given new comforter and easily switched rooms so that was a plus . Rooms were quiet and the kitchenette was great.

Place didn’t want to give us extra towels I know we have a bedroom for four they only gave us two bath towels. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough for the tub so there was water all over my bathroom as well as the tub would not drain. I have no trash bags for my room and the pool was overcrowded and connected with another hotel. So two hotels are using the same pool

Not a good stay. Either they are understaffed or just cheap, but services were not near good enough. Front desk clerk was doubling most of the time, covering from breakfast attendant, etc. Needless to say, more times than not, he/she was not at front desk. Since rooms aren’t serviced much, more is needed from the front desk like towels. Breakfast was not good. They ran out of milk. When most of the food is breads/cereal, one would at least expect milk. Paid way too much for this hotel. Room was just ok.

Amanda was so great! She gave us extra toothbrushes and towels. The hotel was at capacity, and we still had everything we needed, even a great breakfast in the morning!

clean and reasonably comfortable

I stayed in the first floor. The wall is very thin. You can hear noise from upstairs. The flashing system made noise every 10 minutes. Heater made loud noise. I had a poor sleep. Willnit stay again.

Clean crisp white sheets. Fluffy wire towels. TV

lovely hotel with great staff

when i booked this room i knew it was full. that being said i was coming in for a funeral and had asked for an early check in.We arrived about 9:30 am and was told we could not checkin till 3pm. Fortunately we had family there and was able to change in their room. We arrived back around 2:40 with my uncle who also had booked a room only to be told we still couldn't checkin till 3pm sharp. We were wanting to change clothes and relax before gathering with family. unfortunately, we were unable too due to the strict checkin time. We were told to wait until after 3 to allow the cleaning spray to dry in the room.To say the least I changed in my family's room, again. I didn't checkin till around 9 pm that nite. My Uncle canceled his room. Once in the room we noticed underneath the toilet rim is black mold/dirt. Please have that cleaned. This my first time staying at this property and am not sure if I will again.There was a young lady by the name of Linda that tried to help us when we weren't able to check in by offering us water. It took 3 times before we finally got checked in.
