The property blending right into the side of a steep mountain and nature , was an exceptionally beautiful and unique property. The entire staff was awesome from the time we were picked up by their driver till the moment we left they were striving to give you excellent service . Food and entertainment was also exceptional , one of our best trips if not the best !

Such a beautiful place - the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure with superb quality.

Far from Ubud and restaurants although there was a shuttle on occasions. Food and service at the hotels restaurant was ordinary.

The most amazing place i have ever visited. The staff is soooo friendly. The food delicious. Wvery night tgey have live music. The pool is unmatched. The view is incredible. You feel transported to another world and never want to leave. Be sure to attend a yoga class and if you are lucky enough to get a private villa (there are only 18 of them)have them decorate it with real flowers for your special occasion. There is nothing you won't love about this resort.

It was really nice experience for us. At kayon jungle resort, nature experience was really good and all services were really excellent so we had a best vacation there! Thank you all ! Thank you eddie~!

My stay was totally amazing. Right at the moment I arrived at the lobby I could feel its beautiful atmosphere. Staffs are so kind and giving best effort to make me feel comfortable. Unfortunately resort is seriously effected by pandemic so facility is not well maintained but still it is worthy to stay.

An incredible property in every sense. Wonderful staff that was so incredibly accommodating from arrival to departure. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a villa which was truly spectacular. Room service was fast and efficient and the room cleaned very well. Their adherence to Covid cleanliness was evident everywhere. Definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit. Marc

Real nice service by the staff. Bed sheets are old. The room AC is not cold at all. Breakfast is so so. Do not choose to pay extra for breakfast.

Amazing! Absolutely faultless - a magical place. We can’t wait to return. The service was fantastic, the food beautiful, the room and facilities are constantly clean and tidy. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel.

Worth every dollar! This place is beyond magical! The service and staff are exceptional! We felt so well taken care of, we did not want to leave!

This place is nothing short of special! Very unique setting and unreal sweeping hillside views from most of the property. Highlight of our trip was relaxing here for sure! Wonderful service and people! Few things like super cheap phones that literally lift and fall to floor when you pick them up, gaps in some bathroom windows for bugs to get in and a bit of noise through walls but none of that could dampen our experience here! It’s truly breathtaking and one of a kind! Also, if being close to Ubud center is important to you - this location is about 30-40 min each way driving so a bit of a ways from other things like that. Cabs they set up or driver is $175,000 Rupiah to get there but you can arrange for cheaper back once in Ubud or take the hotel shuttle that goes there and back every 2 hours which was totally useful. This location while away from town however is near waterfalls, hikes and other things but still pretty removed. We loved it and will come back! Oh and the photography experience we did because we were given that complimentary shoot but with photo then they charge you the most ridiculous rate for the photos which by the time you take the time for them you want them and to top it off they charge 21% hotel tax on those photos. That is a ridiculous fee given it’s maybe 20-30 min and at that point digital photos. We bought them because they were a gift for family but not pleased about those hidden fees.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kayon Jungle Resort for 4 nights. This place is stunning? The attention to detail is absolutely incredible, and the friendly service is second to none. We had breakfast delivered to our room twice, and also ate breakfast at the restaurant twice - each meal was delicious. We also ate dinners here and the the food is so reasonable priced for fine dining that is so tasty. I'll write a separate review for the restaurant, but again, the waitstaff is so courteous. The property itself has incredible views from every area. This hotel is literally the type of place that dreams are made of or only a place that would be available to celebrities and the extremely rich. Yoga was available daily at 7a. Afternoon tea was from 3-4p where complementary tea and desert was served (top notch stuff too). And happy hour was from 5-6p where guests received a free drink. The room was absolutely incredible. We were in room 804 which was a jungle pool villa. This was probably one of the nicest resort rooms i've ever been in. The view was amazing. I was surprised this place wasn't more busy than it was, but i was totally fine with the smaller crowd. Because the villas are below the common areas and along a steep hill, golf carts are available to pick you up and drop you off at your room. Did I mention how incredibly friendly all the staff was? I'd so recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet romantic getaway in Ubud. Shuttle service is available every 2 hou

This is the most gorgeous resort ever!!! the pictures do not give it justice. It's very spacious and the staff are the most friendliest around! They go out of their way to be sure their guests have the most comfortable time. The views are breathtaking and the pools are outrageous. 3 tier infinity pools cascading into each other.

I stayed here with my partner in October for around 8 nights. Slightly unusual for Bali as normally people tend to travel around but me and my partner just needed to have a stress free vacation. From the day we arrived we were treated like king and queen. The service team were amazing and so friendly - the Balinese hospitality is outstanding - Unlike a lot of resorts in Europe I got the feeling they are genuinely interested in what you have to say and learn about you to make your experience better. The location is stunning - definitely has that Instagram look which draws everyone to it. Bar is great - if you are a guest we got afternoon tea and cocktail hour included. One thing that might bother people is that Its around 30 minutes shuttle to Ubud town - however, I didn’t mind as the hotel has a free shuttle service for guests which we took advantage of on several occasions. We stayed in one of the Kayon Pool Villas with your own private splash pools - the rooms are clean, nicely designed and have a great view of the jungle. Floating breakfast can be provided on request which was a great experience.I honestly can’t fault this place - I can see why it has won honeymoon destination of the year and I will definitely be returning.
