The man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us solve problems with the car rental company.
The room was large and comfortable.
The big negative of there is the mattress was too hard, we couldn't sleep well during our stay.

I love staying here for my vacation. All staffs are kind and helpful. But there is a minor issue with humidity and smell of air conditioner in the room. It'll be better if it was checked while cleaning.

Amazing service, kind and helpful staff, large and comfortable rooms. If I was to go back I would stay again. I cannot recommend enough as it was everything I was looking for in a condo hotel.

Great hotel with large rooms. I stayed as one person in a twin room and there was ample space with a separate kitchen/dining area, and balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Staff were also very friendly.
The hotel is situated next to a bus stop with options to take you to Naha City and the Airport. Lots of dining options within the resort and within walking distance.

The stay was amazing with gorgeous views! Room was very clean and had amenities convenient. Loved that it was close to shops and restaurants as well as the Ocean Expo Park!

This was a great stay. I loved having a kitchen in the room. The room was spacious, with a great view and nice amenities. Unfortunately the pool was not working, but they proposed an alternative. My only complaint is that they unnecessarily emptied my laundry from the dryer while it was still wet. I had to pick it up at the reception. I would understand if there was a crowd to use the washer but at 10.30 pm, there was no one. The area is a bit remote and there is not much to do, but it's close to some nice beaches.

-Absolutely stunning hotel with many things to do. I think 4-5 days in Motobu is perfect.
-Every room has a view of the ocean. Yes a quiet road runs in front of the hotel, but it was never an issue.
-Multiple staff speak English
-Starbucks within a 5 minute walk
-Gong-cha= Boba tea
-Aquarium nearby
-Botanical Gardens nearby
-Castle ruins nearby
-BEACHES!!!
-Quaint shops nearby
-One of the best Soba Noodle restaurants within a 2 minute walk
-A delicious Burger Spoon restaurant nearby for dinner!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here for a week in June 2021. The staff were very warm and inviting and also very helpful with the luggage and any additional items we needed. Room was very clean and new with a great view. Swimming pool and Onsen were both welcome additions. I would stay here again if I was visiting the Motobu area as it’s close to many attractions, restaurants, and also one of the nicest hotel / condo options in the area.

A lovely hotel to stay. We prepare our breakfast and it is fantastic to have it at the balcony of the room. The view is so beautiful. We hope we could stay one more day to enjoy the speechless environment. The only thing is that the hotel is a litter bit far from the Airport and the best choice is to drive.

It was such a pleasure staying here, the room is very clean, tidy and spacious. Room is facing the sea, splendid and relaxing view all day. Kitchenette is well-equipped, great stay for the 4 of us.

New hotel. A sizable parking lot just next to the hotel. Excellent service. Some Japanese staffs can speak English nicely. They helps to bring my luggage (there were many) between the room and they lobby. Breakfast is strongly recommended as the food selections are more than enough and they tastes good. The room was spacious with a large balcony facing the ocean and the tropical park. Cooking tools are ready to use. Nespresso coffee as compliment.

The hotel is very tidy & the rooms are roomy! The sea view is beautiful as well! Only a few minutes drive to the Aquarium and close to a lots of local restaurants! A very good choice to me indeed!

Very good hotel for family stay with young baby so that you can cook , and downstairs have a mall which I can find the food . The hotel is very new and comfortable .

very good new hotel with good services and clean with large room. Nice scenary around and comfort. just a bit far away from shopping centers downtown. very close to Aquarium. Short driving distances to some of historic sites and Heart Rock.
