I always stay at this hotel when I am in the area for work. Very clean nice staff and great breakfast every morning. However this last stay the mattress was uncomfortable and likely needs replacing

A good family stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet. A couple of things I didn't like - no fan in the bathroom (for a family of 3 this can be an issue), the sofa bed didn't have bedding (we were given once we asked but the blanket was too thin, and we had to ask for an extra one), and breakfast was very basic.

Great area! The property was very clean and centrally located. The cool part is it is located right next door to a mall and a couple of fast food places. The room was great! I loved that o had a full kitchen in it with a dishwasher and dishes! Huge plus! Only issue we had was in the shower there was a used wash cloth that no one removed, that was pretty gross. Other than that, it was a great stay and the staff was great as well

No washcloths, toenail clippings on floor, coffee pot still had pod from previous occupants, check in was terrible, no coffee packs in room, was hot in room when we arrived. Cold decals coffee in lounge. No reg coffee in breakfast area at 9:09 and they were putting food away at that time also. They don’t change sheets daily. Would not stay there again. Location convenient to hospital.

We went to Edina to visit family, go to the Mall of America, and explore Minneapolis area. We have five in our family, and we were really impressed with the size of the room. It was plenty of space for us to spread out and the extra room was great to put the little ones to bed and we could stay up later to relax. The hotel was very clean, the kids liked the pool, we liked the exercise room. They had a hot complimentary breakfast daily, which was pretty standard. This hotel was great for us and we would stay there again!

The room & bathroom were clean & comfortable. Bedding & pillows were soft. Mattress was comfortable. Nice kitchen with full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, & table & chairs. The sofa showed signs of wear & the cushions were breaking down though. The lobby & breakfast room were nice & there was free coffee available when we arrived back from dinner about 8:30. The only real negative was that they tried to charge us a fee for parking. When we had booked, it said free parking and an information sheet that was handed out also said guest parking was free. It was a modest fee, but we refused to pay it on principle. Still it was an irritating hassle. Would stay here again.

While the room layout was goo, the cleanliness was terrible. I was there for surgery due to proximity, and had I not felt terrible, I would have gone elsewhere. The floors were filthy, found M&Ms which i wasnt eating. Asked several times for shower soap which was empty. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The refrigerator had crumbs and food from previous guest, and the fridge handle was sticky. Front desk was notified and instead of fixing this. Gave me points which are in a locked account.

Two spacious rooms, one with a patio. Clean and comfortable and well supplied. All the staff were friendly in passing, the front desk staff were all super friendly, helpful and gracious. It was a full hotel and breakfast service was organized with a good selection that was kept filled.
