Will stay again

The man checking in at the desk was rude and not helpful. My friend had booked a smoking room on accident. He would do nothing and said there was no room available to change. I got on expedia and found a non smoking room and booked. Expedia was shocked they wouldn't just change it and ultimately refunded the other reservation. The other staff were great, especially the man in the drink and food area. I wish knew the name of the heavier not kind guy to put in on here. Otherwise the rooms and hotel itself are pretty great.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Hiroshima. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very accommodating and gracious. They stored our luggage several hours beyond check out. The hotel offered free wine and cocktails, coffee and smoothies, juice and refreshments throughout the day. We even enjoued a free Communal Bath experience for the first time!

When I arrive at spa it was full of people almost all of them was asian man and after I arrive one by one left. In five minutes I was the only one in the public bath.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are efficient and bigger than I thought with all the needed amenities. An excellent perk is the all-day complimentary snacks available at the top floor with a wonderful view. The only drawback is the sole tiny window and really no way to look out. One of the best stays in my extensive Japan trip.

Great location close to everything. It’s a little bit of an older hotel but it is great for a family of 4 we stayed 3 nights and it was great to use it as a base for our days out and about exploring Hiroshima.

Wonderful hotel in a good location. Big and comfortable room. Supreme Double is what we got for about $70/night. Has coin laundry available. Offers breakfast for a cost and tea and snacks from 3:00-10:00 free to guests

Spacious room! Reception is on the top floor, where the common area and rooftop are. Check out their schedule for the common area as every few hours they offer something! I was able to get snacks with tea or coffee and then they did offer a happy hour with drinks, in the evening they had ochazuke (rice and soup) which was delightful and you can sit on rooftop while eating and drinking. They offer a public bath as well, women need a separate access code to get into the women's section so don't forget your code and bring your room bath towel too! It's just one big pool but still better than nothing. Our room was one of the largest rooms we had on our one month trip to Japan. It felt luxurious just to have room enough to open more than one suitcase. It's about a 15-20 min walk from the station to hotel, or you can take a can which cost us just under 1100 yen. Walkable to prime tourist spots, and looks like they had a lot of restaurants nearby too. Clean bathroom and good wifi, would definitely stay again here.

This hotel is in the perfect location. 5 minute taxi from Hiroshima station and eadg walk or taxi to all the attractions and shopping. The onsen was very nice and I was able to cover my tattoos and use it. The hotel offers a free happy hour. Highly recommend.

Room was a good size. Communal bath was excellent. Staff as friendly. Complimentary lounge. Great priced laundry! Great location. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Highly recommend.

Small-ish, spare room. Questionable stain on sofa in room. Great location, close to all sites and GREAT dining. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. Bathroom was good, but NO hooks to hang towels to dry.

Location was excellent, near the downtown food areas. Breakfast buffet was great. Clean, functional room.

Hype! Hype! Hype!

Lovely stay with well appointed rooms. Comfortable and clean. Only downside was a motion sensored light inside the room that you couldn't turn off (not great for having a baby in the room sleeping). Enjoyed all the food and drink events throughout the day and the male/female baths were a huge plus.

Great view from the restaurant and the complementary service was great.

Hotel located at city area , very quiet but 3min walk to public transport and shopping area. Lobby is on the top floor with free drinks and snacks for guests. Hotel is new and clean. Staff speak good English and very helpful. Delicious breakfast.
