The parking is a little hard, even though on Expedia it says that the property has parking, THEY DON’T HAVE PARKING. Also at the Expedia it says they have washing options. They do, but one little but; no washing machine in the property only option is that they offer dry cleaning. Most likely they are contacted with outside dry cleaning company.
Other than this two I loved our stay the stuff is amazing, very friendly and spoke several languages which is very helpful. the breakfast was included and was very delicious.

The hotel is located at the prime location. Very friendly to us as guests. The bed is a bit hard in comparison with other hotels. For the rest, all is good.

Hotel far from the City Center, even in name they using City Center, is about 5-6 km from real city center. During the 3 nights stay not even once room during my stay room did not had any room attendance at all . Far from anything and breakfast really really simple

These resturant staff ( Lika, Maryam, Vaniko and Liza ) were amazing. Very helpfull and polite. They painstaking ensured we were made comfortable not just during breakfsst but any time we requested assistance. Staff on reception wrlere also very couteous.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as these staff members made us feel at home.

My suite was quite small and simple but had a balcony with a nice view of the nearest hills. The breakfast was okay. The only issue i had was the clerk didn't charge me on checkout and called my taxi driver to get me back. So i had to return to the hotel to sort it out.

A great place in a great location, shame that renovation made it a little difficult to use the lift. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay in BW Tbilisi City Center. The staff was helpful and nice. Check-in was quick and the rooms and the whole hotel was very clean. The choices for breakfast were not to extensive, but maybe it had to do with the fact that it was pretty quiet in the hotel.
Overall I would recommend it when visiting Tbilisi!

The hotel is nice and clean. It was January when we stayed and the room was scorching hot! The climate control didn't seem to work despite staff coming in and resetting it. The shower had warm water but not quite the hot temperature I prefer. Breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly. Would stay again
