We booked the standard double room and was surprised how big the room was. It is rare to see a room with a separate toilet and bathroom so that was a bonus as was the balcony. Another bonus is that local hotels and club all provide a free pick up and return bus service if you want to leave the car at the Motel.

This property is well situated and very clean. Staff were attentive and very obliging. This is a very nice motel in a beautiful part of nsw.

The owners were friendly, the room was clean & comfortable unfortunately the coir mat at the front door caused me to slip trip & fall. Perhaps some grip mat under the coir would have prevented this from happening.

It was a 4 bed room. It had shower and separate toilet.
No washing up sink, plates, knives and forks etc.
They emptied bin only when asked to “tidy your room “

This hotel is great if you are a fishermen or couple just stopping through. Not very good for families. There was no cutlery, the beds aren't comfortable, the microwave stopped working

No smoking in the rooms yet the staff sit at the bottom of the stairs and smoke which blows into your room. Parking was tight. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was good quality (for the price) except the inconvenience of using the pool - there were no assistance rails to access the pool and the under water steps were steep.
Secondly, and most importantly, was the disgusting state of the mattress and mattress protector. The mattress protector had many black short hairs in it (presumed pubic hairs) and the mattress had a large round stain (80cm diameter) along with several other smaller stains. THIS WAS DISGUSTING TO EXPECT A CUSTOMER TO SLEEP UPON. Photographs can be provided upon request.

Not the warmest greeting on arrival, but could have been due to covid issues.
Location was some distance to cafes, clubs etc, but no real problem.
One downside to room comfort was that the beds were a little soft/sagging.

Quite location even though on main town road. There is nice paved walking path along the river. Property inside was cleaned but flyscreens and windows were covered by thick mix of dust and mold look like being cleaned many years ago. Overall room was spacious, separate dining area. two TVs.
