We stayed for a month this time. Staff is great and responsive to our needs and wants. However, I think the manager should instruct the other staff how to fix the wifi and cable tv. As she seems to be the only one who can fix it when it goes down.

The person at the front desk is by far, the rudest, least helpful I have met in 40 years. She treats people like kindergarten children, laughs when you have a valid issue with her. The hotel itself has No wardrobes, micro waves, fridges, cutlery, but plenty of cockroaches. What is with these people in a supposed service industry? Please, for your own sanity, don't stay here.

It is convenient and accessible right in the heart of Batangas city.. Its a province town and a congested city, Very clean compared to Metro manila.

Nobody available to help with bags. Front desk uncooperative. No mirror in CR. Koriput with toilet paper. No closet in room to hang clothes. Roaches in shower, dead and alive. Bed was comfortable with nice sheet/comforter. Hotel is Ok for short-time.

Very good value for money, clean and off street parking.

The place was in the downtown area so going around by foot is convenient. The parking lot is spacious but they do not have an elevator from the basement parking so you have to transport all your baggages to the ground floor by using the stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for a family of four but it lacks some useful amenities like a mini ref or microwave. So far so good BUT we were visited by cockroaches in the bathroom on our first and last day of stay. We had to really spray with Baygon. They are coming from the exhaust fan. And oh please provide disposable slippers, not the ones that are reusable, not very sanitary.

Big room and bed is comfortable. There are many restaurant nearby. I will stay again if I have been here next time.

Nice hotel close to everything

Convenient location in the centre of Batangas city. Close to fast food and supermarkets. Handy for somewhere to overnight prior to heading to Mindoro. SM Mall is over the river at Pallocan so its about a 30min walk so best to drive or catch a tricycle. Batangas pier is similar distance. Staff had turned on the air conditioning prior to arrival so the room was cool. Rooms are minimal with just the essentials - tv, comfy bed, quite air conditioning and hot water for shower and desk to sit with computer so ideal for short stays. There is no refrigerator or wardrobe to hang clothes except for some hooks so you would need to live out the suitcase for longer visits. Filipino silog breakfast options are available for ~P110 but we didnt try it. We had multiple nights but rooms were not serviced each day (ie change towels which is needed as nothing dries well indoors in Philippines, this is not helped with the single towel rail) but this can be expected at the hotels price point. WIFI was working in the rooms (there are several repeater in the hall ways) and speed was adequate.

It was clean spacious and comfortable but upon checking in the AC was not ready yet so the room was hot before we came in. It would be nice if the room has been cooled off before guests come.
