This lovely hotel was near enough to the Convention Center for me to walk. Beautifully decorated with a gorgeous pool at the center.

I’ve stayed at The Lennox numerous times during Miami Swim week, and all the staff was new and not that friendly. The bartender Christian (Italian man) went out of his way. When I checked out I had to ask for Restaurant credit that wasn’t applied so front desk did give me a bit of attitude. Hopefully next visit they will provide better customer service.

Checking in I tried to check in maybe an hour or two early and she said for me she will charge me extra 100$ which is fine I get it but She was very rude. Did not have a single smile not a thank you or please she was awful to deal with. We came back around four and the staff was changed and they were amazing great and attentive. They switched our rooms because our air condition did not work. The maintenance man was great! The guys that helped with our bags and our valet were amazing. They deserve raises. Everything was so good until the next morning at checkout. I tried to call valet for our car and I got that same lady at the front desk. She said if I didn’t have a ticket I didn’t live here. She just was not very friendly. Location was great pool and room was great otherwise!

We love this hotel and we’re staying here at least 2 times a month but today we had the worst experience at the reception while checking out ! Anderson mistreated us and was extremely rude and made us pay 50 $ for checking out 20 min later. This is not how you treat loyal customers. We will never stay here ever again! We never had issues before with checking out later and never were charged. Anderson ruined the whole weekend for us celebrating anniversary. Be aware of all extra charges! Make sure you check your receipts before paying !

The staff is exceptional and our check in was smooth and easy. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The location is unbeatable as it is near almost everything in South Beach. We will definitely stay here again.

I love this cozy, sexy, quiet hotel. I had the walk out pool room. It's super clean, very comfortable and my room was a perfect size.This is a QUIET, relaxing hotel not a party hotel. I honestly wish they would make it for adults only. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and the staff is incredible.

I loved the feel of this hotel, very cozy and quaint. The staff was exceptional. I definitely will be back! I did have an issue on the last day when the valet guy pulled our car up. He did not offer us ladies help putting our luggage in the car. He just handed me the key and walked away! So he missed out on his tip.

So many great things to say about our stay at Lennox Hotel. First and foremost, amazing customer service. Employees always had a smile on their faces, which honestly makes all the difference. The room was clean and’s loved the Miami vibes decor. The pool had an amazing shade option which was also great to hide from the rain on days it rained. Florencia at the front desk was so helpful, time and time again. The bar staff made amazing drinks and were so friendly. If you enjoy Miami but don’t want to be trapped in south beach chaos but close enough to attend the chaos one night, this hotel was perfect location. The loungers and umbrella by the beach was just the cherry on top. I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting but this will definitely be our go to hotel from now on.

The property is beautiful. We loved everything about it. Our only complaint is we took an ride back to the hotel and needed some change for a tip. My husband ran in to the hotel, its bar and restaurant to break a bill and we were told they had no cash so they could not. We ended up having to use the bill which made the tip extraordinarily HUGE, since we didn’t want to stiff the driver.

It was the perfect small boutique hotel I never knew I needed. Beautiful. Smelled great. Staff was great. Loved the area. Pool was cute and had more sun than expected. Loved the champagne vending machine.

Property was surprisingly awesome. Room cleaning should include sweeping the floor. My room had sand and hair on the floor the whole time I was there, although cleaning was done everyday.

Worse customer service ever, I checked in early and was offered an upgrade at extra charge to check in to the available room, without my authorization they charged me again for the 2nd night on the same room even tough we had previously agree I was going to change rooms the next day to avoid being charged extra $140 a nigh. Ended up paying $450.00 a night for a subpar room with cockroaches and stuck shower glass door. I complained about the cleanness and they just acknowledged it without offering a solution. The girls at the front desk are cold and clueless about customer service, they just don't care about the guests, I witnessed other upset guests complaining to them as well....they act like robots, just clocking their hours. Don't stay there, not worth it. The only good thing about the property is its location, period.

Very hard to find valet. We went around the block a few times and ended up parking ourselves a few blocks away. No sign or valets in site. Otherwise, nice place and lovely decor. Room was very small and no counter space in bathroom so had to use the floor. But good location and pleasant staff.

The shuttle was great and we used it several times to get around the Miami Beach area. Located close to a CVS as well which was great.

Honestly one of the best properties I have stayed at in Miami. Rooms were very clean and spacious for our week long stay. The bartender, Cristiano, was one of the nicest individuals we had ever met making our experience one of the best.
My only downside being that the front desk staff is a bit cold and unfriendly.

The hotel and its decor was really nice and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. Only negative is how hollow the floors in the room are you can hear every step the people above you make.

We loved the boutique feel and atmosphere. Housekeeping provided consistent service. We received a room in a quieter section of the hotel as requested. The bartenders were friendly and easy to talk to. The Lennox is located in a walkable area with plenty of restaurant options. So, it will definitely be our Miami hotel if we return.

The only issue I had was with the check in process and lack of good customer service from the front desk. I have to say my room was cleaned everyday for the 4 nights I stayed. The golf cart service was great, very convenient. Thank you Carlos and Leonardo.
