Checkin and out was easy with no problems. Our room was clean and comfortable. A delicious complimentary breakfast+ was fantastic.The staff was accommodating, professional, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was awesome for their guests. We could not have been happier to have stayed there and plan to return soon.

Nice lobby area and location right along river. Room was clean. Breakfast was solid. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Fine spot for an overnight stay.

It was convenient to downtown where we wanted to be, but other than that, it was just ok. Nothing special, beds were not comfortable, the only dining option at the hotel was extremely expensive for the area. The free breakfast was nice, but all the 'hot' food was cold. The downtown area is pretty dead, lots of closed up businesses. There are a few good bar/restaurants about a block away, but that's about it.

We honestly enjoyed most of our stay. Your front staff was amazing! The lady who helped with our fridge was amazing! Sunday morning's breakfast was amazing! But Monday morning, we went down to eat at 8:45. The doors were locked. At 8:50 my sister tried the door and the worker who happened to be by the door mouthed "were closed." I could understand if it was 9 or later, but we had 15 min until the close or breakfast. My daughter-in-law was in the breakfast room and said there was food. The worker locked the door early.
It's a disappointment. We paid good money for our room and should have had an opportunity to eat breakfast. It put a sour taste on the end of a beautiful weekend.

I hope this is a one off - but our breakfast was my main complaint. Our room was great, and so was the coffee bar. Our only compaint was the breakfast. We went down at 8am on a Sunday morning, to find everything literally cleaned out and not replenished. When they brought more in, it was ice cold (should have been steaming). We got breakfast on the go.

The staff was very friendly when we arrived and checked out. But when we got to our room there was a garbage can in the bathroom that was not emptied, as well as hair from former occupants on the pillows. The building outside of our room seemed to be in great condition.

The bad: Slow check in process at front desk. Our room appeared to not be cleaned. Strange stains on our pillows and also in bathroom tub.
The good: Comfortable bed, nice hot breakfast included.
Overall not worth paying $275 bucks per night.

This is a nice place to stay in the downtown Janesville area. I would recommend it highly. There’s a steakhouse on site. I did not eat there but it is available. There’s also a pool. Close to the restaurants bars easily walking distance makes for a nice night out.

The fitted and flat sheets had blood stains. The milk in the morning breakfast was expired and spoiled. The "egg and cheese Omelet was brown on all sides.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I think the bathtub could have been cleaner. Breakfast was not great. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. There’s a river walk.

No onsite parking on Saturday night. Staff reported that it's always like this because of weddings!! For the price we paid for 3 nights, we shouldn't have had to park down the street in an unlit apartment complex lot. That's where staff told us to park!

Great hotel. Clean. Rooms smell good. Roomy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is good. Hotel employees professional. Only issue I had was in thrneighborhood. It is in historic Janesville and there is a lot of neat things; river walk, art, shops, bridge. I went for a walk and had a guy ask for food, not money he says, I declined and he proceeded to yell profanities at me. Not an issue with hotel but use caution if walking about.

It was pretty good, only thing that I didn’t really like was the shower, the holder was broken and the water didn’t properly drain and the water made the whole floor soaked

Very impressed with our stay. I wish I would have caught the name of the employee that checked us in, most efficient ever! So appreciated as we were short on time to attend a wedding. The hotel, our room and the bar were all top notch in our opinion.

This was a class reunion trip and it’s location where the hotel was and where the reunion was right across the street, was so convenient. Also I had a chance to visit with family while there and it was very nice comfortable beds! It’s a newer hotel and everything was very modern and a wonderful restaurant and breakfast inside the hotel with Starbucks coffee in the morning as an option. Check-in was very easy and friendly and I would highly recommend this to anybody traveling and staying in Janesville.!

Loved my stay at this property! My room was cleaned brilliantly by Amber, and Vickie maintained the clean condition of my room! The staff throughout my stay was amazing! And the Wisdota Chophouse on site was delicious! I will stay here again!

Our family stayed for 5 nights while visiting relatives. Room was spacious and clean. Very convenient parking and so many dining and shopping options within blocks. Farmers market Saturday morning was a fun way to end our stay. Breakfast was included but nothing special. Would stay again.
