I like the quietness of the property and the room, but what I dislike is that they didn’t clean my room for the three days that I stayed there and when I called the front desk, someone just came and took the trash and the used towels and gave me a new ones that is it. The toilet bowl was dirty from Thursday evening till I left this morning. Yesterday I requested for one hour late check out and I was turned down. When I was leaving, I reported to the lady at the front desk and she was nice and rendered an apology, BUT WHEN TRUST IS BROKEN SORRY MEANS NOTHING. Thanks 🙏

There was blood on the sheets and hair in the bed, so obviously the sheets weren't changed. the staff was very rude. I will not stay here again

--- I recently had a terrible experience with this hotel in Georgia. I traveled from New Jersey and was shocked to find that the hotel did not have my reservation, despite booking through Expedia. Expedia was extremely difficult to contact, and after hours of trying, they could only offer me a room at another hotel an hour away from the wedding I was attending. I ended up staying at a subpar place because all other decent options were sold out. It's baffling how a business can operate this way without having emergency accommodations available. That was just the first night. For the following five nights, despite assurances from Expedia, my reservation was still not processed. I had to pay out of pocket to stay there. After speaking to multiple representatives at Expedia, no one could help, and my reservation was never pushed through to the Hampton Inn. Expedia, you seriously need to fix your systems. As someone who frequently books getaways, this was my first truly awful experience. The anxiety of potentially being without a place to stay and the lack of resolution from the company I trusted was incredibly disheartening.

Upon checkin we were told that housekeeping would clean the room every other day. We stayed 6 nights at the hotel and housekeeping only came once and they only came because I called. When I called, I was told that we were not on the board for the day. And when they did come, they did not leave any towels. I had to call every other day to request new towels.

Great place to stay. However breakfast was noy good at all. Often cold and over cooked. Also it was not many options for those tjat do not eat pork.

The staff and the onsite gym are always my favorite part of the hotel. The breakfast are awesome! Staff are always doting on ur needs and are informative.

The room was clean and the location was very convenient.

Great Staff and cleanness

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and it was yet another wonderful experience. The room was SUPER clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. My 1 and only complaint - the bed was a bit uncomfortable; room 321 needs a new mattress for sure but other than that, my stay was beyond awesome

I was in room 412 across the hall from the elevator. It was noisy on the last night of my stay. Other than that I found it 👌. Perhaps something was wrong with the elevator that night because I didn’t hear it on the first few nights of my stay.

There was no body at check in for a long time

The staff at the desk was Amazing!!!...Every time I walked near the front counter. I was received a warm greeting. Ohhh...my goodness. The breakfast was delicious!!!...The biscuits and gravy was out of this world!!!

TV would not turn on from the bed area...had trouble turning tv on and changing channels....

Great hotel in an awesome location (right off GA HWY 124). It is in a very short walking distance of Outback, Cracker Barrel, Zaxby's, Home Depot and a LOT of other places to shop and eat. It's a newer hotel so the decor is stylish and inviting. The staff is wonderful and if you're a truck driver, you can park your entire vehichle (cab AND trailer) there for free!

Great service however our bed squeaked every time we turned over and the lights by the bed did not work first night there.
