Very good for accommodation in the budget category. Well located for walk-ability to downtown Invermere. Extremely quiet. Lots or parking. Strong WiFi. Gazebo and picnic tables are very useful features when preparing your own food.

For the price of the hotel it was not worth it. Sleeping on a glorified camp bad. The room smelt stale, trim missing off walls, towel rail coming off wall in bathroom, so dated. $185 a night? Absolute daylight robbery. Housekeeping never cleaned the room during my stay. There was no mention of that anywhere. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Will not stay here again, ever!!!

One of the garbage cans was not empty on arrival and the toilet had a brown substance resting on its base (just not flushed properly maybe)

This hotel room had years worth of hair in it. The bathroom has not been properly cleaned in probably 5 years or more. There was hair EVERYWHERE. As if a cleaner wiped the same dirty rag around every surface & called it good. Had not been vacuumed or floor washed, shower had tons of soap scum & hair in it. Hair all over back of toilet, in the sink, on the floor, on the walls - literally everywhere. This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. It was disgusting.

The tub had an ugly stain from a dripping faucet, which they did apologize for and gave me extra towels, which I did appreciate.
However, the leaky faucet and stained tub are fixable and not costly ones at that.
I will stay there again because of its location!

Although the rooms were very clean, the rooms were very spartan. The beds were roll away cots with terrible mattresses and pillows. Paint was peeling in many spots and the bathroom tap was broken. Kudos to the staff there but much maintenance and upgrades are needed.

The staff was non existence, the single room was not very clean and the towels and bed sheets were old and worn. The bed was a Fulton on a metal frame which made noise everytime I rolled over. Will not stay at this ace again.

We needed a room for a couple nights and the Canterbury delivered. The room was nothing special, but it was clean, bed was comfortable, washroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. The air conditioner worked well, I have zero complaints.

The young man greeted us with a big smile.. let us check in a bit early since the Fairmont hot
springs were closed. Room was just like the pictures. Bathroom needs a bit of a better clean. It was local and the beach was a 10 minute walk.

Only saw the 'Office-person' once - at check-in ; never saw him again, including trying to check out to give keys back and make sure to get my over-priced 'Deposit' back .

The room is dirty dusty and floors never been vacuumed cuz there’s still stuff toy underneath the bed guess from previous occupants. One of the bed support is broken.

I loved the location and the walkability to stores and cute shops! Unfortunately the room was not very clean (dirty floors and coffee maker etc) but the bed sheets were clean and the beds comfy!

The hotel rates 2 stars on Google - 1 for good wi-fi, the other for having a full size refrigerator in room. The 3 it is missing are for: the lack of any hot water...at all!!; the coffee pot with a lid that didn't match the spout, so you had to pour sideways like the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland; the last for ambience. Dim and dark in the rooms.

Took me a while to figure out how to turn the shower head on, you will have to pull down the hidden nozzle under the faucet, never seen anything like that in the US, could be a Canadian thing?
