Used hotel.com gift card to rent rooms. Rented one and a half months early . Chose room and bed c-figuration. Received confirmation. When we got to the hotel, our bed configuration was changed . When asked why, was told that since we are not Marriott members, it could be changed at any time. This is two years straight using hotels.com gift cards , renting exact same way, and with the same result. Very disappointing.

Everything was clean nice and quiet

Very clean with nice and friendly staff. 20 minutes from the airport and 30 from Downtown Memphis. Good shopping and great food just across the street.

I booked a king bed room back in May for a mid July stay. I never received a notice that they switched my rooming accommodation prior to our stay, I didn’t even receive a notification when I got my room keys. We found out we had been downgraded to a double queen room when we went up to the room. When I addressed this situation with the night shift worker she acted as though I was a complete bother and told me there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked for some form of compensation to make this right she said she would give a “5000 point voucher with Marriott as an apology”. I looked up the value of this and it was $20! After telling her I wasn’t impressed with this entire situation or the solution I was told “tough”. All of this on top of a messed up AC unit that was loud as hell and struggling all night long. I won’t be back to this location.

This property was in an excellent location. Several awesome restaurants and a huge shopping mall just across the street! The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless. The beds made our backs hurt, so we will choose another place next time for that reason.

The lady checking people in was busy and still kept a smile and an upbeat attitude. She was doing a great job! . Thank you!

The staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy.

Carpeted floor was sopping wet by the AC unit. Contacted front desk and they didn’t have another room for us to move into. We had to put towels on the floor to mark the areas we needed to avoid since we were traveling with small children. We were too exhausted to find another hotel and move to. It was only for one night so we had to bare the conditions.

They split our group up to different hotels due to water damage. I give them credit for finding other accommodations but I kind of ruined the weekend.

It was a good, safe place to stay. The walls are very thin.

The staff and property were excellent, tending to everything we needed. The only thing I would want is for a softer mattress to make my stay perfect.

Everything was nice. Would really be nice to have a small bar for the weekend. Wouldn’t have to go out to have a nice alcoholic beverage. I just saying.

I sent my employees for training class so they stayed here and complained about the area being ghetto

Very safe surroundings

The Fairfield staff and property were great. The breakfast was also very good. The only problem was that we booked a standard room with two queen beds and were put in a handicapped equipped room. Granted, all three of us are seniors, but we are physically able and mobile. I was not aware that it was a room for someone with special needs, as the front desk did not mention this on check-in and by the time I made it back to the room, after parking the car, my two fellow travellers were already settled. The half closet would not allow us to hang our clothes, the shower was tightly spaced because of the equipment in it, and the beds were low to the ground and not very good. I believe this was done since we booked our stay through a third party site. I am done with Fairfield and Marriott

New construction. So things are new and clean.

Fantastic facility! Wonderful breakfast and super nice staff. No issues. We went for walks at night and I went alone in the morning--completely safe. Lots of shopping options and restaurants nearby. One downfall is that pool is outside and was not open. No hot tub:( Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the wall in the shower. Our body wash was empty, but we easily substituted with shampoo. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

Great location to food and shopping...like across the street.

Property was attractive, clean, in a nice area, and quiet. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, bathroom and shower were spacious with great shower pressure. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was pleasant and easy. Very friendly.

The room smelled like some kind of dog was in there, the pool was outdoors/closed. Everything else was good. It’s better than other hotels in Collierville by a lot.

Very nice stay and easily the best hotel in Collierville. The pool is outside and closed, and one of our rooms still smells like someone had a dog in there for a while. Still, we would return here.

Had reserved a standard king bed room and got a king room with a handicap bathroom. So there was not shower door just a curtain that dint reach the floor. Would have preferred the room that I had booked.

Very clean

When I arrived, the attendant was friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I noticed later that as a different front desk attendant was checking in a customer, she was just as happy and friendly as the lady who checked me in. The breakfast was good with eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. The only real negative was that I could hear noise from the hall and from my neighbors when I was in my room. Happily, I did not have noisy neighbors.
