Very nice hotel with great views and near JR Hiroshima station for early start. Breakfast was great and a big selection of both Western and Japanese food. Set up of breakfast room was good with flow for traffic during busy times.

We stayed the night and it was very comfortable and clean. This room wasn’t big, but it was efficient. Bathroom exceeded the expectations, it was not only sparkling clean but roomy.

Great value, great hotel, great location (right beside Hiroshima Station), and great views as well. No complaints.

This hotel is very close to the train and bus station. Less than 5 mins walk. The building is half office and top half is hotel. SO you get a great view of Hiroshima city. The room is big and at a very reasonable price and buffet breakfast's great! Will come back next time!

Near the train station but not from good restaurants! Lobby located at 13 floor! As usually in Japan, room is Small but clean and well organised

1) Privacy at its best! You can access the elevator directly from the entrance to your hotel floor without bypassing the reception or concierge. You don’t cross with people. And a 24hour convenient store, 10 seconds away from the elevator entrance! The passage to the elevator is not publicly exposed. I feel fully secured with privacy respected. 2) The toilet space and arrangement is by far the best among this tier of hotels. I love the space and it’s relaxing to recover after a whole day outing. Yes it’s clean, overhead shower, non-slip floors, are what I love most. Grooming items are well top-uped all the time. 3) Distance from Hiroshima JR Station is just 5 mins walk. All transportations are there: sightseeing buses, taxis, local buses, local streetcars, JR Lines and Shinkansen. I got enough sleep not to worry the time to pursue for transport. And yes, lovely variety of food at the station! 4) Once we were not well and rested in the room all day. The room service left a bag at our door filled with fresh towels and grooming amenities for replenishment! That is just awesome! This happens whenever you put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign too! 5) Only a little lacking. The room space around the bed is a little cramp. Pretty difficult to lay out things on the floor. But the desk and window table is good. The mattress is ok, but could be better for a good rest. 6) Bonus: There’s an awesome tempura noodle restaurant just below the hotel. The quality is as good as Kyoto!

Only a short walk from Hiroshima station. Like a brand new hotel with spacious room, seperate toilet and bathroom. Most importantly, a massage chair in the room!

Very easy to find clean and essentials hotel

The property was exquisite and the view was wonderful. Also, the breakfast was the best and the staff can't be beaten. This hotel was within close walking distance of the train station and trolley. This made navigating very easy.

Clean and well maintained room, friendly but professional staff,plenty of small restaurants/eateries around,next to the RWS. Small(er) room but perfect for shorter stay.

The bed was awful! Stayed there for 3 nights. Couldn't sleep all night because it felt like we were sleeping on a slab of concrete.

It was a lovely stay in what was a well appointed very small room. Idea for a one nighter.. great breakfast. Very comfy bed

Great location, good room size

The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early and left my luggage there until checkin. Their bathroom was big. It’s a bit confusing to find the hotel from the station even though it’s very close to Hiroshima Station.

Fantastic bath facilities, modern and new, great view of Hiroshima from the 17th floor. Close to Hiroshima Station, elevators on walkway to hotel, so easy to roll suitcase. Bring body lotion, only item missing from the amenities.

This hotel was amazing except for the fact that the beds were slabs of concrete…

The location is great. Rooms are nice and neat. A larger bathtub is the reason why I chose this hotel. But the service is terrible. 1) If you are using a parking lot, don’t use it. The front desk will give you a parking ticket that costs you ¥1,200 over night but they will tell you nothing about the extra cost. The total fees depends on when you arrived but they won’t tell you. It cost me ¥1,800 total. 2) The parking ticket machine will take only cash. I only paid ¥1,000 over night at the lot adjacent to the property. And the machine even took credit cards. 3) Check-in check out time requires longer wait due to the COVID-19 paperwork which does not bother me but most questions are forced to answer it in hand writing which can be done by a smart phone.

Nice hotel, feels new and modern like most updated hotels in this chain, but the beds weren’t the most comfortable - if you are fine with the Daiwa Roynet beds this is a solid hotel choice and close to the Hiroshima station. Only downside is that this hotel doesn’t participate in luggage free travel Japan, so if you plan on using the service don’t stay here.
