Came in for the Cincinnati Open Tennis Tournament. Excellent stay - rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here again

Very clean and the staff was pleasant.

This is now my favorite hotel. The spacious rooms are like your own little studio apartment with all the conveniences. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The walk in shower is spacious and the toiletries provided smelled yummy and didn't dry out my hair. Coffee pot, dishes, everything you need to cook is provided.

the first night, i found a water bottle, and paper coffee cup under the front room chair, o reported to front desk, and manager came to room to retrieve items. the bedroom tv was destroyed, you could hear volume, but the picture was broke up, i reported this as well. i didn’t want the next customer to experience our dilemma.

The studio with 2 queen beds was huge.

Super nice hotel. Our room had a great view over the pond. Location is convenient because there is so many dining options, especially the ones that are directly next door, and it was a 5 minute drive to Kings Island

Everything about our stay was great! Staff was very friendly, our room was very clean,breakfast was amazing. Great Variety of breakfast Choices. Staff was always there filling things if they were low. We will Definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our room and the staff were so kind and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful each day . We loved the pool area as well . All around wonderful hotel .

Very spacious.

Customer service was not excellent. The lady at the front desk (black lady) did not seem interested. She never smiled and did not know how to open a locked room door. My 10-month-old was locked in the room, and she told me if my key did not open the door, there was nothing she could do. She later called her manager and was able to open the door after I had called 911. Breakfast was average or less.

One of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We probably stay in hotels about 30 times a year.

Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly!

Overall good. Except the cleaning service was knocking on our door at 9 am to see if we were leaving when check out is at 12. They stalked us even at the elevator. We had 2 studio rooms and everyone was asked if we were leaving yet. Very disappointed that they were doing this to all of us.

The space was great and it was comfortable. The breakfast was hotel good. I'd definitely stay again. At night, the air conditioner froze up, but it wasn't unbearable. Overall, it was accommodating.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

Everything was great except when you first come in the door between the automated doors there was a chemical smell. Right away my throat became itchy and i couldn't stop coughing. I have no idea what it was. Ive been sick for 3 days now. Chills headache, coughing, runny nose, itchy throat

Very clean and quiet. One of the best hotels I have ever been on the roads.

How clean and quiet it is.

I haven't visited Kings Island since 2018 and was thrilled to see there was a new hotel near the park for my 2024 trip! This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn and I loved this hotel! It was so modern, clean, very spacious studio suite, and I was very comfortable. There were some stains on the carpet between the beds in room 516, and I found several long black hairs wrapped around the shower gel and in bathroom sink. The Kitchen area was beautiful, used the toaster, loved the full size fridge, and all the seating areas! The lobby area was also really nice and staff were friendly at check in, although the person who checked me in was training, and initially said check out was at 10am, which was ludicrous, but checked with a co-worker who clarified it was at noon. My only disappointment was breakfast, I figured for a higher end hotel, there would be some fancier items, and while I loved the Iced Coffee and Cold Brew options, the food itself was lackluster. Two types of sausage but no bacon, eggs were bland, I liked that there were toppings like cheese available, but there wasn't really anything special. Also breakfast ends way too early at 9am. The breakfast was generally on par with what was offered at a LaQuinta Inn and Comfort Suites I stayed at during this trip. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others though, as the hotel is beautiful and so close to Kings Island! Used to stay at Homewood Suites but this hotel was even nicer!

Easy for Big East Tourney!

We only stayed one night, but would stay again. The price was great for the quality of the room. The breakfast could have been a little better, but things were great overall.

Convenient, clean, comfortable.

Repeat customer. We loved the size of the room Space and it was comfortable for 4. However this visit I noticed the sofa bed sheet had some crumbs and the cushions had stains. Also we were out all day the 2nd day and we didn't get fresh towels or a clean. Other than that it was fine.
