Hotel was clean and in overall good condition. Front staff was helpful and friendly.
My only complaint is the bathroom door.
We were in a wheelchair accessible room and unfortunately, the bathroom door doesn't close all the way. There was no privacy. At all.

First night was good, although I got a bit of a runaround before I convinced the manager to allow the desk clerk to have housekeeping clean a room of my preference. But the second night I encountered a lot of noise from young people who were guests, and I had no hot water the next morning.

We were in town for a granddaughter's lacrosse game and, as always , stayed at the Hampton Inn. We always are happy with this hotel

Silly us didn't see the remote to lower the shade, so I guess it would've been nice to have it mentioned at check in or perhaps a note on the desk in our room etc.
The people in the rooms above us were rather noisy - as far as stomping/running or just walking hard even in the mid of the night.

Have stayed here several times in the past. Good location, potential for an excellent experience, but far from ready for prime time. I will skip this place in the future. The front desk attendant was asleep when I arrived at 11pm. He didn’t acknowledge my arrival until I spoke a couple times. Courtesy level = 0. Simply muttered “license” and “credit card.” He was either very high or barely awake. Worst desk staff I can recall. The room had a strong smell of cleaning products and when I removed my shoes, I learned why: the carpet was still wet from cleaning. My socks were soaked. Several odd maintenance issues: toilet seat would not stay up, faucet barely extended into the sink, broken TP holder. Meh, lots of other hotel options in the area to choose from.

It was a good location within the city with lots of stores/restaurants close by.
There was a couple of old tortilla chips on the floor when we got to our room- it made us wonder re overall cleanliness
The conditioner bottle on the wall of the shower was empty. The toilet didn’t flush as well as it should have

We were on the third floor. Not sure what the guests were doing above us but the noise from incessant footsteps did not cease. Would think with construction codes as they are it would not be an issue. It was. Book the 4th floor.

My stay at the Grandville Hampton was very pleasant. All the staff that I had contact with were very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only things that weren’t up to standard were ,the grass and bushes needed trimming, and the breakfast choices were just ok. Overall my stay was fine.

It was the biggest room I experience at Hampton Inn, even the bathrooms were big large area very nice and maintain clean. I would refer to anyone good experience. I enjoyed it.

The hot breakfast was great and we enjoyed meeting our family in that area for an evening cup of coffee as well. Although there was a problem with check-in, the staff was friendly and helpful in resolving it.

The staff at your front desk were fantastic. It was a young lady with tight braided hair and a young man with puffy hair. The young man was very helpful, kind, informative, and was definitely a leader.
I also interacted with a member of your cleaning staff. He said that he was Albanian and was very helpful, funny, and thorough when helping me acquire a few more towels.
