We were a family of eight travelling, including three children ages 10, 16 and 17. This hotel was chosen because many of the other hotels of this class cater to couples. The property didn't disappoint. A few things of note, I prefer the caldera view from the other end of Oia but the views from this property are still breathtaking and have a better location to watch the sunset, which is a huge bonus since the crowds overwhelm the town at sunset. The rooms we stayed in were spotless and very comfortable with everything you need. The staff were terrific, the spa was excellent, and the breakfast was an added unexpected highlight. Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay very much and I felt it was a good value for the money.

Location is the best, 5 mins walk to the best alleyway on the island with blue domes and the best views of the island
But you got the best of all the island in your hotel with Pacman and Beefbar restaurants and their sunset view which get crazy busy
The heated pool in the rooms are the best

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was amazing (we had a natura suite with a private pool and terrace looking out over the ocean). The staff were very attentive. Food and drinks were first class. The pool wasn’t too busy, and the sunsets were exquisite.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is beyond amazing. I have never been to a more helpful and accommodating hotel. The grounds are lovely, the room is spacious comfortable and the views are fantastic. I cannot say enough to describe the most amazing service by the reception.

Five star price with three star service. The hotel and staff seem to prioritize turnover over service. Our room was a long walk from check in, we were told they were so busy that they could not get a cart despite having multiple staff drive by in carts. The room was great until I walked out on the patio and there was bird poop every where. We arrived around 4pm and needed a snack went to one of the hotel restaurants that was pointed out to us for lunch walked in and was immediately told it was closed. Luckily a guy saw the look on our face and came over and was able to get us seated and some food. Overall for the price point just very very poor service. Go to Santorini for one night and get a room on the Caldera side then leave the next day. Avoid this property unless it’s free…

Amazing property. Beautiful views of sunset with private plunge pools. The one big challenge is food at the hotel is quite limited in options and quality. Going out in oia is ok but for a 5 star property I would expect great options in food.

This property is one of the best I have stayed at. Everyone at the front office is amazing and very helpful. They make sure your very need is met. Kids loved the pool and their kids club. All restaurants were amazing and first rate. I can’t wait to go there again. They have gained a loyal customer.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was incredible. Katerina especially did a great job coordinating activities and transportation. The Pacman restaurant had a great free breakfast, exceptional service and excellent other meals too. The location is also very convenient to shops and restaurants in Oia. We will stay here again

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving.
Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable.

Amazing across the bored! We came with our one year old and this hotel was nothing but perfect for what we were looking for! Easy to get around with a stroller (this was just lucky we didn’t realize a lot of hotels in Santorini would not be before we got here) extremely accommodating and kind. We were able to use our plunge pool well he napped inside our room. It was perfect, we enjoyed every minute.

This hotel is new and it is stunning!!! All of the decor is very modern but with a beautiful personalized Greek touch and the rooms were beautiful. Our room was a suite with an ocean view and a personal heated pool, which was very large and the best part of the room. The staff was amazing and super welcoming - we were welcomed in our room with welcome drinks and Greek desserts. The main restaurant near the pool had incredible sunset views and delicious sushi and fish. Highly recommend staying here!!

The staff was amazing, they were very helpful and want to thank Javier from the front desk who helped us and gave us a lot of recommendations about the area. The hotel is well located, you don’t need a car to visit the main attractions in Oia. The pool is warm which was really good specially during the fall

Pros: Good location and walking distance to shops and restaurants in OIA. Plunge pool in suite is nice. View of sunset is nice. Gym has a lot of equipment.
Cons: Rooms are pretty small, I felt they looked larger in pictures, although the private pool is nice. The restaurant staff was very inattentive, didn’t have one server assigned to the table so constantly had to ask someone new the status on an order otherwise no one checks to make sure everything is ok. Overall, was just ok with the staff after having an amazing experience at my hotel in Mykonos. The pool looks larger in pictures, it was ok. Overall experience was just ok, wouldn’t choose to stay again to be honest, would maybe choose better views in Imerovigli.
