Perfect for your entire family

Overall, the suite had great space. However… The “kitchenette” had a half sized bar fridge that did cool things evenly (frozen in the back, not cold in the front), a coffee maker and a bathroom sink. No microwave or anything else you’d expect in a kitchenette. Room was older. Bathrooms were just ok, but the showers were icky. They had hair and blobs of conditioner in them (and random hairs on the “clean” towels). There were plenty of towels - this was a highlight. Lobby is extremely loud. There is no room service. “Do not disturb” signs don’t stay on the doors well. Waterpark was pretty good. But being from Canada, we could not use the ordering kiosks that you have to use to get food/drinks in there. You have to use a phone number and the only options are for US or Mexico phone numbers. So frustrating.

Rude customer service at gift shop thought my kids were stealing

Fun stay at the lodge with water park access, room was in good condition and there is plenty of activities to do on-site. Very family friendly and at check-in Jane was lovely, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

Great location. Good place. Great activities. Good for families

My daughter and I went here for a little staycation over Labor Day weekend. Front desk staff was very kind and very helpful. There are activities for kids of all ages, dancing and stories for little ones; swimming for all ages. Every time the wolf howled in the water park area meant the wave pool was starting and you'd hear screams right behind the howl, of kids running to get in there. There were couples and family fitting tube rides. Food that we had, pizza and some Dunkin' in the morning tasted good. We both got a build-a-bear and that's a physical memory forever. Would definitely like to go back again; the only negative if you will is I think check-in should be a bit earlier, or check out a bit later, as it doesn't cater too well to a one-night stay, which is all we had time/could afford this time out. But if staying multiple nights, the hours of all the events/attractions seemed good.
