We stayed here for the Conan Gray concert and the location is perfect. The cutest shops and restaurants and still close enough to have lunch downtown. We will be staying here again!

For Atlanta, hands down the best property! Last minute booking and glad I did. Courteous staff, clean property, spacious rooms and high tech gym. Best of all, no hassle parking.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable, clean, and very modern. The mattress, pillows, sheets... super comfortable. I slept very well. My only concern was the low water pressure in the shower

It was good stay. The hotel is very modern, especially for a Courtyard. Seems to be new or newly renovated. Had booked a room with a pull-out sofa and even called a few days in advance but got a King only. It was fine but a little disappointed in that.

We booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the ballpark. The hotel was very clean and modern and tucked away in.a quiet business park. The room was huge, bed was super comfy and the bathroom was large and very modern. Although proximity is close to the ballpark (@ 2 miles), I wouldn't recommend walking there as you do go through dark area with no sidewalks. We ended up catching sn uber.

The room was good but needed some care on loose electrical outlets, there was no shower door and water was splashing to the floor of the bathroom many other minor things that the maintenance has to take care of

Great stay. Vinings is close to everything. My room was decorated nicely and housekeeping did a wonderful job on it.

The plumbing, more specifically the water flow at the bathroom sink, was poor. Also, the towels smelled bad and were possibly washed without using laundry detergent. This hotel could benefit from hiring more capable staff specific to maintenance and cleaning.
The front desk personnel were good.

The rooms were excellently appointed and attended. Front desk staff were professional and welcoming! Parking needs improvement; it's limited and many spaces are far from the entrance. I would definitely recommend this location and stay again!

I liked the aesthetics of the building and the room was nice as well. Depending on which room you get the view was beautiful but it still was a nice view regardless. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay.
Only thing is the credit card machine was declining my card when there was plenty of money. I called my credit card company and they said I have no restrictions. The card should work. The person at the desk ran my card manually and my card worked.

Place is clean and smells clean. Place is in a nice area. Bed is good. People are very nice and mean well. However, some significant annoyances were present. Internet on floor 5 where I was never worked despite 2 front desk complaints and an email to managers Lindsay and Rashad. No one followed up! The A/C/Heater is annoyingly loud, they only cleaned my room once in 4 days, 5 nights despite the room being unoccupied without signs on the handle, pillows are garbage, and the neighbors heater/A/C is loud enough to creat a constant low frequency sound at night. Only stay for a short period of time if its for pleasure and not business.

The check-in was a comedy of errors, it took two people to figure it out. The fact that Expedia sticks together my first and middle names always causes problems.
When I bought some food from the hotel store, they couldn't print a receipt for me to get reimbursed by my company. Printer problem, then putting printer in the paper, then they can't find the receipt, then they promised to have it delivered to my room. I called the front desk 3 times and they kept saying "we won't forget you" and then promptly forgot me

Hotel was built in 2019 so it is up-to-date and modern. Was extremely clean, must have room key to access upper floors so it felt very secure, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. It was not really walkable to Truist Park but Uber was a quick ride! Loved this hotel and the surrounding community was beautiful!

I work long hours. Staff called me at least four times day on accident. Twice I was woken out of my sleep. When I called back, the lady at the desk swore that she didn’t call me, but that wasn’t the issue because mistakes happen & I understood that. She had a horrible attitude. Unless the hotel has ghosts, the phone didn’t ring on it’s own.
I had issues with the same person there. I called for housekeeping. They said they would be back in two minutes. An hour later, no one came.
Then we they came, no one spoke English so I couldn’t communicate everything I wanted to say, only some words because I’m not fluent in Spanish. All of the housekeepers were very sweet, but they didn’t even understand the word towel. All in all it got done but not without the front desk clerk being unnecessarily rude without reason.

I recommend booking queen beds if you need space. The king rooms are really small. I liked the room with the balcony, I was able to get fresh air, which I appreciated. Thank you.

I stayed in two rooms & neither one of them had streaming services. When I called about it, I was told that some of the rooms had issues, but they called some company to fix it. I was told that they would come to my room to fix it in the morning. I don’t like people coming in my room when I’m not there, so I waited for them.
No one came. I went downstairs & they told me that maintenance gets there at 5pm & they would take a look at it. Keep in mind, a third party company & maintenance on site is two different things. So, at that point two things were communicated.
I came back very late that night, so I went downstairs in the morning & asked them if the company came to fix the streaming issues, then I got a completely different response. They finally just admitted that most of the rooms do not have streaming services & it’s pretty much always been that way & it wasn’t going to be fixed. They need to fix this issue for all rooms.

I was bit by ants the first night.
This property had microwaves in the rooms. That was convenient. I would stay here again, but I had a lot of issues with staff, the televisions, & ants.
The ants got in the bed so I slept on the hard couch for a night. When I got back to the room, ants were all over the place. They managed to get in closed bags. I was compensated but my issues didn’t end there.
They finally moved me which required me to move all my things on the micro cart AGAIN. When I needed help to move at checkout, they claimed that I couldn’t get help from the same person because their boss said that he couldn’t tip me because I “didn’t tip him” but I gave him $15. That was a mess.
After being there for two days & advising the staff that I had a service dog when I checked in, a rude employee harassed me about my service animal & attempted to talk to me like I was a child. She asked me where my permit for my animal was. My dog had her service dog gear on with a reflector that shows that. After being bit by ants, traveling, not getting any rest from the night prior, & moving from room to room because of their ant problem, I just wanted to go to sleep. When I told her that I already cleared everything, she asked me why I need her, what’s wrong with me, etc. which is illegal. She literally harassed me & followed me. They can definitely do a little better with training. I understand that it’s not a 5 star hotel, but there were a-lot of issues with communication.
