Great location near many bars and restaurants. Not far from the beach. Nice rooftop pool, but get there early. It is small and was full all day every day. People wait at the door before opening time. Overall nice place.

Cheap and cheerful. I decided to leave after one night. The room was far too hot with the window closed and incredibly noisy with the window open. Also the mattress was very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the reception staff were very friendly and I liked the laundry facilities.

Room was basic for the price, roof pool was very good and was the roof bar. Service was very good with staff friendly and efficient. Some rooms can be noisy until 12pm due to the club opposite. We moved to another room which was very quiet.

Very nice hotel a short walk from the beach and helpful staff. The only drawback is that there is a loud bar across the street, so it is noisy until midnight.

I just can't fault it - stayed here whenever we've travelled before and it will always be a go to on a trip to Tenerife for us. Lovely staff who genuinely can't do enough for you, fantastic facilities, plenty of beds around pool (I only wish we had more sun but it seems it can't be ordered. Great roof top bar with excellent prices. Cleaned every day other than Sunday, it's rare for accommodation to be cleaned so regularly on the Island. I can't recommend enough, my only reason for the '4 star' on comfort is that beds just slightly too hard for my liking. But not a real issue. See you again in April guys!

We had a good holiday, all staff - reception, cleaners and maintenance were friendly and efficient. The studio we had was modern, clean and the privacy was good considering we were on the front of the hotel. There are a couple of Bars across the road, but the music is contained at midnight. For me one of the best things is the roof top pool anf and the view from there is fabulous. This visit is our fifth and want to stay anywhere else in Los Cristianos.

Third stay here and gets better every time! From reception to housekeeping to the wonderful rooftop bar staff nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommend staying here just a walk down the hill to the beach and bars and restaurants just across the road, fantastic location. Can not wait to return!

Situated in an area away from the main resort but easily walkable to the beach etc. Very reasonable price. Apartment was spacious and clean. Roof top pool was an added bonus and was never busy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. put quite simply, it's a great hotel that just lacks one or two upgrades but we love it! The bar is well stocked and staff are friendly, the pool has 3 lanes great for swimming (not a play pool.) plenty of sun beds and you can order your drinks from poolside. The rooms are apartments which are well appointed with bedroom, bathroom and Lounge/diner with a fridge, twin electric hob and microwave for self catering. Note - there are fans provided in the rooms but no air con. it's a great location for getting around, either by foot or bus. The bus terminal is 5-10 minutes walk away and there are loads of bars and restaurants in the area. There is a bar across the road so request a room overlooking the courtyard. reception staff will advise you and book tours. For those that want it there is a pool room/tv lounge and a gym. unlike many hotels today, the bedrooms have plenty of storage space so you won't be living out of your suitcase and the hanging space is high up fo those long summer dresses. you get what you pay for and we will certainly be returning for a third time.

Nice apartment - nothing fancy but perfectly acceptable for a short stay and for the price paid the room was a little tired and I probably wouldn’t chose a studio again as that meant we had nowhere to sit other than on the bed. The staff were all really friendly. We managed to get loungers at the pool or sun terrace every day but there really aren’t many of them. The rooftop bar was a bit disappointing for snacks as the selection of food was pretty poor. Lovely area and plenty to do.

Check in was very quick. Staff are great. Rooms and towels cleaned/changed 6 out of 7 days. Makes a change to get the safe and wifi free. No daft deposits for everything. Pool area is rather small. Bit of a free for all!! The hotel bar is reasonable with fantastic views. I would without hesitation stay here again.

Very nice public areas with polite staff. Cleanliness and staff very nice but some of the room furniture and fittings could do with updating/repairing

3 night stay. Nice one bed apt very clean and staff really happy amd helpful. Gardens and buildings very nice. Great rooftop pool. Nice open air bar area.

Fairlly basic but clean and tidy with all you need. Very good value for money.

All communal areas are pristine and spotlessly cleaned. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and the maid was trustworthy (I went to the rooftop pool and stupidly left money, iPad and the safe open) everything was still there on my return. Beach and town centre are a 10 minute walk. Still a good location as there are plenty of good bars and restaurants close by. Only negative I had was that the rooms have been missed in the recent refurbishment other than a new walk in shower so they are basic, tired and dated.

Location was super. Hotel was very clean. Gym on site.
