west side of the building is a lot more peaceful than the east side of the building.

Honeymoon suite on 3rd floor had big roaches. They were dead but never picked up. We checked in late but nonetheless shouldn't be dirty like that. Tried giving this place a last chance because it's so pretty and close to work, but it's nasty.

I enjoyed the simplicity of making the reservation, showing up and in under 10 mins I was alr es Dy resting in my room!

Very clean bedding and bathroom. Felt safe. Coffee in the lobby. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Internet went in and out. No mini-fridge. Hotel itself was very quiet, even with many children staying there. But lots of noise from outside, inc a couple in the parking lot blaring loud music starting at 5 a.m. and a group of men sitting on the curb drinking beer and playing very loud music in the eve. But I was glad to have cleanliness and safety at a discount price.

Room is beautiful, decent space. Downfall is no fridge inside room, microwave available in lobby. Second time we stayed in the honeymoon suite which we get for our toddler who loves sitting in the huge tub and splash in the water. However this time around we found roaches. Bought breakfast for kids and myself set it up on table and when we sat down to eat tiny roaches were all over the food. That was pretty disgusting and disappointing to see in such a nice room.

The room was immaculate. Staff was helpful. Good coffee in the morning. I loved the neighborhood--transportation, groceries, inexpensive Mexican and Guatemalan restaurants. Only problems were that the wifi was in-and-out and that the water shut off while I was in the shower (but it was back in 20 min.)

I liked that they had parking that wad covered. I didnt like the noisy street nearby

The gentleman Matthew that assists with our check in was so nice and outgoing. That made the stay outstanding.

I was there for 2 nights with friends. Everything was good, only thing I did not like is why is the elevator only runs from 8am-8pm ?? I felt unsafe having to walk the stairs and there are no phones inside the rooms ? But overall decent hotel for a decent price.

Seen roaches in the bathroom, the beds sound like they're about to break, the rooms have a old funky smell, and there's is no fridge or, at least, a coffee maker. Parking was good though.
