I must say, this small hotel is truly excellent. The rooms exude luxury in every aspect. From the furnishings to cleanliness and overall comfort, I had no complaints whatsoever.
While I found the water heater to be a bit temperamental, considering Ghana's hot and humid climate, I didn't mind foregoing warm showers. In fact, the refreshing coolness may have even contributed to shedding a few pounds!
Regarding the road in front of the hotel, it seems to be a common issue in many places across Ghana. However, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.
All things considered, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My experience with all the staff members were excellent. A very professional staff.
The only hiccup worth mentioning is that I opted to check out a day early, yet I wasn't refunded for the unused day. I also wanted to use the unused day for another day after checkout (because I had to return back to Accra for my return flight). That was also refused by the manager.
I did not like that!
It would be appreciated if the manager /hotel was more mendable in situations like these.
Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers without hesitation.

I am highly disappointed in the Hotel and Expedia. First, when I was about to book I saw in their site that the hotel is eleven minutes drive to the center, however, on getting there the hotel is located in a remote area with bad road. I am the only guest in the hotel for majority part of my stay.
Also, the television has no foreign channel like CNN, BBC new or even Al jazeera even though they told me that majority of their guests are foreigners. I used to spend 100 to 120 Cedis to get to town everyday. The hotel has no security. Overall my experience was terrible. I can not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Staff was kind and helpful. Had to switch my dates before i arrived. I was told that it was switched. When i arrived they said that i had to pay again. TV broken, Air broken. I want a refund. The owner would not come to the phone. He is a thief and dishonest. They feel americans are rich and tried to take advantage

At first there were little issues concerning early check-in which was later explained to us by the manager. We were to check into 3bedroom on the top floor, but the manager check us into a 2 bedroom pending our check-in time.
Our stay was cool and the staffs were excellent.
The hotel need to improve on facilities at the apartment by improving on available facilities.
I suggest the apartments should improve on the numbers of Televisions in an apartment. The era of having a tv in the living room alone has gone, at least one should be in master bedroom and the TV in all rooms must be SMART TV. The world has really gone digital. That makes you feel more at home. SMART TV makes it easier to view the world in your own comfort zone. Am sure most hotels or apartment are scared of the cost of data bundles. Well it's very easy, all you need do is to factor the cost into the room. 10 to 15GB is okay per day. Not all guess uses hotel data.
In all, our stay was okay and will rate hotel 7/10.
We will surely returns.

Though my stay was short, it was very memorable! From the staff to upper management, all my needs and requests were met. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely stay again when I return to Ghana. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Ghana. Lastly, to save money and time, use Uber or Bolt to get to the hotel.

I never got to sleep here in the first place. The hotel lied about the location. It was in a very remote and untarred road. On getting there, neighborhood does not feel safe to me. I did call Expedia to get my refund but yet to have that

This hotel is a fraud. I never get to sleep there because they don’t have any sign board and the direction given to me didn’t add up; I had to book another hotel. I went round and round and gave up in the end. It’s really suspicious hotel. If you care for your safety, stay away from this hotel.

I loved the hotel and the staff. Everything worked great! The wifi did not reach all the rooms but we figured it out.

The rooms are very clean and neat. The housekeeping ladies are very attentive and will get you the items you need. Eating breakfast in your hotel room should not be charged $10 Cedis. Eating on the balcony should be optional. Breakfast is very light. Breakfast for two people should have 2 of everything. Breakfast drinks should be two drinks, not one drink. Try adding Orange Juice to the breakfast along with the Milo would be great.

It was easy to get to from the main road. We were unable to use upstairs because of wedding that was going on. So we had to eat in room.

Check in was odious - too many lines of data you're made to fill when you're exhausted from travel. Experienced a few power cuts without immediate backup plan. Stayed without power and running water for hours until I had to request for water in a bowl for a bath. Hotel could be managed better if they employ trained hospitality professionals.

I'm from the US. We thought our stay here was nice. We were concerned because the price was so low, but it was a nice place for the money. Staff was there and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Initially we booked a deluxe queen room but they gave us a comfort room, as soon as we said something the prepared another room. The food was good and we liked the price. The road was bad, but we drove slow, the car was fine. I would stay again it's a great value for the money especially if you're not picky. There isn't much in the surrounding area, but we came to spend quality time together not sight see.

The staff did all they could to make us feel welcomed. From helping us getting picked up at the airport to getting us back there. They went out of their way to give us a perfect get away. Although there is nothing completly close to its location, its equal minutes to beach, attractions and airport. But also because of its location you truly see Ghana. Meals were home cooked and delicious which also made it truly memorable. There is hospitality that you pay for and there is genuine....this was it.

The shower did not work I had to bathe with buckets of water the room on the picture is not what the room looks like and they charge you for taking your food to your room even if you go and get it yourself

This was the Most unwelcoming Stay I have EVER experienced. The manager of the property Does NOT Understand anything about Hospitality! It felt like visiting Relatives or friends that want to know When your leaving, just as you arrive!
The manager told staffers that even as I was going off property to smoke which is Complying with the rules, that I should NOT be allowed a chair to sit down...in others punish me for smoking & complying!
Now the most Outrageous & Absolutely Assassin Policy the Manager does Enforce is KEEPING the WiFi code All to himself! I told the Manager that this is Very inconvenient and I’ve Never stayed anywhere Where the WiFi code is Not provided upon registration or checkin...it’s like he thinks that code could be used Off Property! Even as I tried to explain this to him, he wasn’t intelligent enough grasp the concept of Being Nice...you know HOSPITALITY...it felt like the Manager needs to feel Important & Controlling...the WiFi went out my last night there & I refused to chase him down to get the code Again...Really...evil little mine of His! Stay away but the Property is Nice!
