The check in line was very long, but it was also the night of a concert. They opened up another check-in lane shortly after we arrived so that helped a lot. There was a free shuttle to the concert venue, holding 15 people at a time. Other guests we talked to said they had to wait a while to be transported to and from the venue. We drove and paid for parking downtown, and that was a nightmare!

Wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway. Wasn't exactly what we expected. The outdoor pool was overrun by children. We've been to lots of casinos and the cigarette smoke and smell was thick in this one.

I definitely enjoyed my night it was peaceful and no noise everything was straight in I definitely will come again

The hotel was beautiful, and the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. However, my main concern was safety. When walking from the casino to the hotel, there were people lingering around the entrance waiting for someone to use a hotel key card to gain access. I noticed two men closely watching a woman in the casino who had just won a large sum, and they followed her to her room, despite not having a key card themselves. The cleanliness of the casino also left much to be desired. The slot machines and bathrooms were quite dirty. I felt especially sorry for individuals in wheelchairs, as the restroom was cramped and difficult to navigate. There was only one accessible stall, which limited their options. As for my room, I discovered clean sheets and linens had been placed over dirty ones, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I tried to adjust the showerhead, it fell off, causing water to spray in my face and making me lose my balance. Although I managed to fix it, these small details made my stay less comfortable. These may seem like minor issues, but they are the little things that make a big difference.

It was a very enjoyable stay, room and bathroom was very clean, the only nitpick I had was they didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave but other than that it was a wonderful experience, will stay there again.

The room was unkempt, with drawers pulled out and the shower head falling off during use. The sink faucet was poorly installed, and there was no trash can in the bathroom.

We thought we would try this hotel because we had an early morning flight. Last time we stayed at Hard Rock Hotel in Tulsa. There was a glitch at checkin but the desk clerk tried to handle it. We actually liked the setup here way better than Hard Rock. Everything was just more convenient (except no covered parking). There were some stains on the carpet in the room. Otherwise the whole place was very clean. We ate at the bar/restaurant and everyone enjoyed the food. It was reasonably priced too. Complimentary soft drinks and coffee at the bar as well. We will go back and will go to a concert there in the future. It was fun!

It was great until I went into the restroom and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Not a big deal; but was noticeable....

The patio to the pool was great!

ATMs on property wasn’t working all night. And when I get in the bed the sheets were wet with a slight odor of urine or moldy

The property was very nice and new. The pool and hot tub was amazing as well. the options of food late night was great as well. beautiful room and very comfortable pillows and bed.

We stayed two nights at Osage Casino and Hotel. The stay was awesome . Room was clean . There was plenty of things to do , we spent the first night just getting checked in. We then went to the casino . The casino was fun. There was lots of games to choose from and the slots were paying out . We had dinner at the Thunder bar. Pricing was very reasonable and the food was excellent. The next day we spent by the pool. The pool was awesome , the sun lounges made it an enjoyable experience. The poolside bar was awesome and the Pina Coladas were excellent. I would recommend Osage to anyone . The only falling short is not having a refrigerator or microwave in the room .

Our room was covered in dust and not clean at all. There was a shower cap on the smoke alarm, cigarette holes in the bedding. I called down to see about having the room cleaned after we checked in, was told of course. Came back from dinner, no one came. Next morning I called again and said we are leaving for a while can someone please clean. This time they did come, replaced the towels and that was it. So terrible service and cleanliness. I won’t be back

No Refrigerators in rooms and some casino bathrooms were not cleaned at all or often. The machines need to be wiped more often. A lot of homeless people asking for work or money while you play. Security has to do better at watching activity.

Loved the concert. The room was nice. Casino was smokey. Would be be nice if there was a smoke free area or better ventilation. Overall enjoyed the stay and we will be back.

There are no fridges in the room n they charge u $25 for a small mini fridge… horrible

The service was terrible. I stayed for 3 days and they never came to clean my room. . The same shampoo and body wash was used for all 3 days in a bottle that could only be used once. I would never go back to this hotel. I booked 4 rooms and all 4 were exactly the same. Dirty towels and dirty rooms. I went twice to ask that I needed cleaning products and to change the bed sheets and they completely ignored me.

The service was wonderful. The hotel itself was clean ans nice. My room however was very dusty, the headboards snd lamps had lots of dust on them. Ended up wiping things down myself. Otherwise it was another wonderful stay.

We stay at Osage every time we are in Tulsa, and we never have a bad time or a negative experience.
