This is a beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful people. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. The design details are beautiful in each room with bold, flowered patterns: not fussy but modern and lively.

Had a great stay here, room was spacious and well appointed. The lounge, breakfast room and restaurant were comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Minor disappointment with the breakfast and lack of support from the hotel with dining options on the Monday/Tuesday when the restaurant was closed.

We would certainly give this place ten out of 10! No pool spa, gym but wonderful accommodation, excellent cuisine, beautiful surroundings and everyone treated as a V.I.P.
We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break (3 nights).

Me and my newly engaged fiancée stayed here after our engagement at the Chatsworth estate house and everything about the hotel was amazing especially the breakfast!!

Fischers Baslow Hall is a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The staff are excellent, helpful and incredibly professional. I would highly recommend staying here.
The restaurant is not open on Monday and Tuesday. However, there are plenty of places to eat in Baslow, which is about a twenty-minute walk.

My daughter and I had a hugely enjoyable stay at Fischer's. We had a beautiful room with our own little lounge, and lovely views from the mullioned windows over the amazing vegetable gardens! All the staff, without exception, were welcoming, smiling, eager to help and just generally pleasant. We intend to visit again next year and are already looking forward to it.

We stayed in the Longshaw Room. Beautifully decorated and bed was really comfortable. Bath products a delight too. The fine dining was delicious tho it was repeated for the 2 nights we were there. Would have liked a different menu to try. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished bedroom. Comfortable and stylish lounge and dining room. Not so keen on the over toasted sourdough bread for breakfast.

This is the perfect spot for those who need a break and to recharge your batteries. This beautiful hotel with such attentive staff goes beyond what is expected. The house and gardens are a wonderland and the food is superb. You could not ask for better.

The stay was ok, however I had booked a room with a bath tub. The room we were given was extremely small with no bath tub, when you have been out walking all day you need a good soak. So yes nice hotel but needs a bit of work on communicating the expectations for the money paid. The same was the case with the menus, little detail but this was explained in detail by a waiter once the plate was put in front of you at the table. Most hotels give their customers a little more credit. I know the hotel is well known for it's food, but the customer shoud not be made to feel like they can not read and need it all explained. Just my opinion.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. The staff was so helpful and nice. They greeted us upon our arrival and carried our luggage in. The rooms were so comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer or even moved in. The beds were the most comfortable beds. I wish I could have taken them home. I will definitely be coming back to stay next time I am in the area. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. You NEED to stay here.

Fischers was warm and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious.
