Third time staying at this hotel. Always my go to now when I am visiting Miami. Welcoming stay with fast and easy check in. Extra clean rooms and very comfortable bedding. Spacious enough that I do not feel cramped. Many restaurants outside the building as well as one in house. Steps away from the beach and so much more.

My reservation was for ocean view room, on arrival, they gave me street view room with no options to change because the hotel was full. When I steeped in the room, I got shock. Bathroom was full of black mold. Words cannot describe the disgusting experience. We expended the night there because it was late, and left in the morning. Staff was super nice and agreed to reimburse the money, but it didn't compensate our getaway being abruptly interrupted for the hotel bad conditions. Sad. Advice, go to a different place.

I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you to everyone that works at the Cardozo Hotel. I really like everything about this hotel. Excellent staff. Thank you Cesar for making it so easy and enjoyable for us. I’ll definitely go back to this hotel.

Almost positive they have bed bugs. Multiple people in our group woke up with bites. The elevator was so janky and falling apart. And was charged over 400$ as deposit for one double bed room and they keep saying call back to speak to someone.

The bathroom was small with no place to put anything. . The shower head leaked and the handle was falling off in the shower. The floors did not look clean in certain areas of the room. I asked to have someone come to clean the shower because there was hair in it. No one ever did. The walls were very thin. The best thing was the location.

The hotel itself is clean and quiet but one thing i noticed the comforter is dirty with yellow and red stain.so i went down to tell to the front desk the situation .After 10 minutes someone came and check then they change it after 5 minutes.
But complete package with breakfast avail that its delicious and cheap price compare you go out in the morning.then go biking it is free too complimentary package from the hotel..

The Cardozo is a nice hotel with modern and charming interiors, smack in the middle of all the South Beach charm! A lovely private courtyard is next to the reception, and beach towels/chairs are available. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel. Other than trash removal at 8 am on a Sunday morning underneath our window, everything was wonderful. Hope to run into Gloria Estefan next time!

The hotel facilities were bare bones to say the least. Room was not very clean even upon check in. The hotel staff was nice but the building was just not kept up very well. There was also a strange musty smell throughout that was unpleasant. Honestly just wish I had chosen somewhere different to spend my money on the only vacation I’ll get this year.

Hotel is beautiful & gives the complete Miami vibe! Staff were so nice & the food was delicious! Bed was very comfy as well. Only negative thing I would say is the AC smells a little mildew probably from them running 24/7 but filter should be changed more often. Overall 5stars!! Plan to come back

Cardoza Hotel was a treat. The spacious rooms and decor made it fun and historical. There are several great amenities: location (across form the beach, food- variety, size of rooms, customer service- superb & convenience.
Then there are a few details that need to be updated: elevator, pricing of food- free breakfast with stay is limited and forces you to buy additionalitems, & over head shower only and low pressure w/ hot water.

What I loved most about this property is the convenience. A lot of restaurants and bars are walking distance. The beach was right acthe street which is also a plus. The room was average and the property doesnt have a pool. You're pretty much paying for location. My husband

The property was nice but the ceiling fans didn’t work could’ve had better choices for breakfast an the air keep shutting off at night so it was pretty uncomfortable an hot,small space but was nice should have gotten a discount for one night since there was no good air conditioning an no microwave

Everything was great. My room needs some preventive maintenance. Shower door needs to be adjusted since stays open, bathroom window is missing some parts to open the plastic curtain, Ceiling fan not working considering high temperature.
FD staff can be a little bit friendlier.
Bartender and F&B was great.

I will stay again, that’s the best review you can give. I like the quick cafe downstairs, prime art deco area, no down falls to this place.
