Great hotel. Nothing fancy, but great position, staff polite, cleanliness fantastic and bar and restaurant all good. Had to add on another couple nights due to wife being ill. This was no problem and they accommodated will no issues

It had a very cool bar and vibe in the evening. Breakfast wasn't great but still worth the price. There is a bus stop across from the garage to take you to the Funicular if you're headed to the slopes. Rooms were comfortable. We ran out of hot water in the morning. It's within walking distance to the train station/funicular - something like a 15 min walk. We had a challenge getting a taxi from the train station to the hotel at 9:30pm on a Friday. No ubers and no taxis at the stand but we did find someone eventually.

Fantastic hotel. Everything is brand new and the decor is really cool and most importantly spotless! The only downside was there was no full length mirror and also light over the sink mirror was a bit dim for applying make up but other than that it was perfect. A word of warning though, the showers are basically in the room with you so ok if you’re away with someone you’re happy to shower in front of but if you need privacy you may need to look elsewhere or for one of the more expensive rooms!

Some of the hotel staff are missing the human touch/customer excellence & need training. Their central reservation had overbooked the rooms so many families ended without the rooms they booked, faced much distress & inconvenience for the beginning of their holidays.Rooms are clean & the hotel bar/restaurant is great.

Perfect location to go skiing with the train from Lille, Paris , Brussels or Ghent. It's a 20 minutes walk to the trainstation and 15 minutes to Le funniculaire that brings you directly to the slopes in 2 minutes. I would recommend to take half bord ( demi pension )in a dorm and stay for 5 or 6 days. The food is very good and you will make friends quickly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Wonderful views of the mountains and great location. It was a short trip to les arcs 1600. The room had a towel heater which was nice, as well as food included. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a real door and the “door” it did have was see through, so there was definitely lack of privacy. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others!
