Staff was incredibly helpful when I checked in Saturday, November 16th in the late evening. My bag did not arrive with me and she helped with supplies and great suggestions about how to replace the missing clothes I needed for a meeting the next day. Thank you!

Hotel was ok. A place to sleep between visiting the park. Room was very small. Walk sideways to get around the bed. It was clean and safe.

Male checking us in was so nice, I wish I had his name but he had brown hair and a swirly blond bangs. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable just room was smaller than a usual hotel room. Bathroom nice. Close to Hershey attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was the keys not functioning properly with the outside doors a fair amount. Otherwise, staff was friendly and knowledgeable; location was walkable and had a lot of dining and shopping options; area was private and quiet.

Property in great location but upon check in my room was not cleaned as thoroughly as it ahould have been. Old balloons were on the floor underneath the bed and it is was overall dusty as if it had not been wiped. Also the lobby furniture is full of stains and need to be cleaned.

I have stayed at many hotels this Hilton at Hershey is at the very top. The staff was an absolute pleasure to interact with and the room was exceptional. Any time I visit Hershey, PA I will be staying at the Hilton!

The lobby was very inviting and the staff were all extremely friendly. The room was clean. The closet and dresser set up was all open. It was awkward to put away clothes and stay organized.

Clean and updated. Continental breakfast nice. Didn’t realize was pet friendly and a small dog was barking incessantly in room next to us at midnight. Make sure to ask for a room away from pet friendly rooms.

This is a nice hotel, convenient and close to Hershey Park and multiple restaurants.
It is very popular among families. I did find my room to be clean and nice amenities, I thought the common spaces were not that clean. Due to the high # of families, during the breakfast time you can see the trash cans overfilling and even in lates falling off of them. I also thought the public bathroom needs to be maintain better. A lot of families equate areas get dirty faster, so having an extra shift to clean the bathroom will give a better appearance to the hotel.
As I said, the hotel overall was a great stay and I will definitely recommended but I do think those changes will help elevate the experience.

The accommodations were very comfortable and the hotel was located conveniently for all of the attractions my family and I had included on our itinerary. The staff was very friendly and professional. The surrounding area is residential and made it easy to take walks around the property.

Friendly staff, breakfast and coffee were fantastic. Only suggestion is exhaust fans in the hotel room bathrooms. Our room had one but it didn’t work or wasn’t set up. The heat from the shower can fill up a small room quickly. Thank you!
