This hotel was better than expected! We came into town for a convention and wanted to be as close as possible to the convention center. The stay was affordable (thanks to hotels.com), clean, and the staff was SO NICE. The rooms were a little small, but again, everything was so nice. I really liked how clean the bathrooms were. The beds were so comfortable!! The only thing I will say, is with the price of the stay, I do wish there was some sort of free breakfast included, $5 for a bagel with cream cheese was a little surprising. Overall great though!

Came into town for GalaxyCon very convenient to Convention center. Very friendly staff. Only downside was the $37 a night parking is a little steep but great service none the less.

The Hotel offered Valet Parking ONLY costing me $37 additional. The Bar was extremely overprice, but I'm glad I discovered "MIKE'S Bar" almost right next door. And "Bakersfield" across the street - DRINKS WERE 1/3 the cost.
The floor, in the room, was filthy. The end table was dirty. The window was disgusting.

It was an amazing stay. The bed was sooooo comfortable, it was actually one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had the pleasure to sleep in.

Staff was very nice. Location was great. But.....upon arrival I was forced to use valet parking at $37/day. Not only was this very inconvenient, but it was an added expense to an already pricey room(double the price due to Michigan game)Also, I wanted to charge a coffee and muffin to my room and was told I can ONLY do that if I'm an Honors member. Never have I been told that at a Graduate property. We also wanted a coffee and Baileys after a long day of being in the cold and were told they dont have coffee at the bar at 4pm. The room was nice but very small with not alot of room for 2 suitcases and 3 people. The tv also froze up alot. We stay at Graduate Columbia alot, this property needs a little fine tuning to make it on par with that location.

The Graduate was the perfect spot to stay to attend a concert at Nationwide Arena. We liked the valet parking and that we were able to walk to the arena, to numerous restaurants and bars, and to North Market. Fun area to visit.

So friendly! Very unique property with a great college vibe. Cool bar with great bartenders, walking to everything on High Street. We’ll be staying here for all our visits to OSU Over the next 4 years!

The room was a bit "cozy," but it was enough space to still be comfortable. The room was very clean. The shower was an actual shower (not one of those weird showerheads so often found in hotels). Honestly, the friendliness of the staff, the overall cleanliness of the room, and the great shower make this a great choice.
Also, it is within 2 blocks of many places to eat.

Only stayed one night but it was great! We had issues with our A/C but they had no problem getting us a new room. It was quiet, comfortable, close to bars and restaurants.

It was our second stay and we will return for sure. The beds are comfortable, the normal hotel noise could not be heard on our room, and the fitness center was great.

We needed to arrive and check out late, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating about this. We loved taking the bikes out for a spin. Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Highly recommend!

As a Michigan fan, it was a funny feeling for me to stay in an OSU-themed hotel, but it was well-done. The room was well laid out and very quiet for facing onto a busy street.
Only one person was working the breakfast bar on the morning we were there, so service was surprisingly slow. We have stayed at this property before and definitely will again due to its convenient location.

Loved our stay at the graduate. The room seemed a little stuffy but it had everything we needed and was CLEAN. The staff was super friendly and we were able to secure an early check in. Only thing I was not a fan of was the $37 parking and the valet wanting to keep your keys. I booked through Expedia and I don't think the parking price was mentioned. I always assume it is included in the price.

The staff were wonderful. The only issue I had with one staff who was at the disk, she spoke a little too fast for me to keep up with everything she was telling me. The other issue was that the Wifi was not great. I tried to sign-in multiple times with no luck. Then the last issue was by the time it was for us to leave despite the fact the staff were very sweet with allowing us to wait for our Uber to pick us up right in front of their hotel. The issue was the location did feel unsafe. There were strange people and rats walking around us the whole time, while we were waiting. In one sense, the location is perfectly in the center of the action but on the other hand, it is in the center of possible homeless people or anyone can roam around and rats are able to as well.

Located close to many things; from dining options to the stadiums for events and shows. The room was a more chic approach to dorm rooms. A really appreciated the little nods to Ohio everywhere. Staff was nice and helpful. The overall experience was amazing. We will be back November and any other time we visit Columbus in the future.

Decided to stay at the Graduate Hotel and see what it was like. The room was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable- I slept great. It’s located on a busy street but thankfully the air conditioning muffled the noise. I would stay again for sure.
