This hotel is excellent ! Minimalistic, Eco friendly,good Location, cleanliness 10+, staff friendly.Perfect if he purpose is to know the town and visit Iguazú Waterfalls.
Not conducive to stay in the super clean room and being in SPA like hotel, because it doesn’t have gardens, however, the roof top pool is nice.

I did not like that they only let you used the jacuzzi or sauna for 30 mins per day. Also my wife and I after the excursion try to get a massage and they only had one massage terapist available at the spa. So we were very disappointed. Pool it’s not clean as well, and temperature cool.

A fully equipped resort style hotel with multiple pools, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and rooftop bar. The hotel is modern, clean and the room is spacious with a desk and chair inside the room. The standout is the knowledgeable staff who were super helpful and welcoming from the beginning to end

Five star experience at O2. I was really pleasantly surprised. Room was bigger than the picture, bed really comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and the rooftop has a pool and tables to sit and enjoy the view. Would stay there again without hesitation. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. Restaurant on the ground floor is decent as well with some good options and a nice buffet breakfast. Only negative point is the bathroom has the type of shower that will wet part of the rest of bathroom floor as it is opened.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally hospitable. They managed to get us connecting rooms which was really great. The breakfast is just ok. The deck on the top floor with pool was great and the view and sunset were stunning. Overall. Great Hotel.

Hotel O2 provided me with an exceptional experience during my recent stay. The value for money here is unbeatable, offering top-notch service and amenities at a very reasonable price. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, making me feel right at home.
One highlight was the wonderful taxi service provided by the hotel to Iguazu Falls on both Argentina and Brazil sides. It made exploring the stunning natural beauty of the falls hassle-free and enjoyable.
My room was exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay experience with convenient access to Iguazu Falls.

O2 was a great location within walking distance of restaurants yet was quiet. It was comfortable and has a nice view from the ninth floor common area.

Overall a great option for visiting Iguazu to see the falls on the Argentina side. Comfy bed and spacious room. Very clean. Nice pool areas, which are quiet in the daytime.
Evenings at the pool are very loud and it becomes a busy pool area with lots of children. Music arguably too loud for what should be a chilled rooftop vibe.
The pizza wasn't very good and the breakfast options whilst expensive weren't great.

Overall I was pleasantly surprise at how good it was. Some building areas are getting tired but overall it was good. Dining area was nice, could use a bit more variety but what was presented was good. The cappuccinos should have been included in the breakfast. Nice restaurants were pretty close.

This place was quite convenient as it was located within walking distance of many restaurants…also property has free parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions-also recommended taxi tours to the waterfalls and Cuidad Del Este—would definitely recommend and will return to this establishment…

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view on the rooftop.
We had an excursion on our last day that ended hours before our flight and they let us use the facilities while we waited.
They have a rooftop pool with an amazing view and showers that we used on our last day.
The service by all staff was great as well.

This hotel has it all. Great staff, modern vibe (internal glass elevator), rooftop pool and bar/dining with 360 degree views that we did not want to leave. We did leave however because 1.5 blocks away is an area that is vibrant with restaurants, markets and bars. The waterfalls are a short half hour away and if you haven’t strained transport the hotel can do that for you. The room was comfortable and pristinely clean. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at O2 mostly because of the location. The rooftop pool and view were great.
My only comment would be that it would be nice to provide complementary bottles of water; our days in January were 100 degrees and it would have been a nice inexpensive perk to guests both to take in the morning or when returning from a tour.
The breakfast was good with a number of tempting options. Being within a block or two or 15 minute walk of many fine restaurants was a big plus.

We were pretty tired and figured we'd simply crash. The front desk told us about the fabulous pool area on the 9th floor - we figured we'd take a brief look to be polite. We were suddenly rejuvenated! Just loved our brief stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel itself is amazing. It’s relatively new, clean, and in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only issue was the breakfast. Almost all of the items (pastry, bread, sweets) were stale and not edible. Actually we saw the same items in both days we had breakfast there and it was obvious that they were from previous days. It’s really a shame since the hotel itself as I said is good.
