Very convenient location.
The only problem was the shower.
IT IS DANGEROUS.
Open Half glass pannel causes water to soak the floor creating a slippery mess and the shower is extremely slippery WITH NO HANDRAULS to grab topre ent falling.

I didnt like that i couldn't keep the air conditioner on without it changing on its own. Also the elevator was broken and had to use 2 different elevators to get to reception desk.

The view was great from the 5th floor. Will definitely stay again. Location is great. Very comfortable bed and really nice bathroom.

We had a 4pax room and the room is really huge . Lots of space left even after we open up our lugguage.
Only think we do not like is the bath room. There is no shower screen. It results on the bathroom floor wet after each of us shower. Very Good location. Walking from train station and surround by shops and eating place

Stayed for 3 nights and bed covers were never changed. Rooms had no extra like other 4 star hotel, ie. Shower caps. They seem to not care how many people are in room since they kept giving us 1 or 2 towels everyday. Good location and that’s about it but I heard there’s another hotel on the other side which offers better service called Novotel.

The Room stank of a mix between Sweat and a sort of Mayonnaise. The bed was dirty with old hairs. Everything looked tired and there was an unidentified scuttling noise.

Great stay for 2 nights, very helpful and friends staff special the beautiful young lady (didn't ask her name) who work from late afternoon to evening. Location is very center, easy for everything. Happy with our stay!

This is a hotel in the middle of the action, close to all main stores, public libraries, museums etc. The hotel conditions are in perfect state, the staff is very courteous and focused on solving any guest requirements. They have a very nice coffee machine right at the reception oh the hotel that can do any type of coffee so if you are arriving early of the checking time enjoy all the coffee you want from there because is free. They do keep your luggage at no cost if you arrive early or you leave the hotel late, so you can keep enjoying this great and fun city. Don't forget to get one of the fresh made waffles that are been sold for 2 Euros just outside the Hotel in a big street car, you will love them. The room of the hotel is very spacious, and everything is spotless clean. The beds are very confortable and the premises include a gym.

The location of the property, the friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the large room were the best aspects of the hotel…and the free use of the WMF coffee/espresso machine in the lobby.I did not like the thin shower/bath towels. With that stated, the FRIENDLY hotel staff provided me and the family with more towels upon request.
