What a lovely little find! The property exceeded our expectations with a lovely big bath and also an awesome fireplace which connected the living room and the bedroom so was great in the cold nights. The property was close to the shops and the thermal baths and the kitchen was great. Ivan was very friendly on greeting us and we had a lovely stay.

Really clean and well-equipped accommodation. The high-tech fire place was a really nice touch. Location was close (less than 5 mins drive) to downtown eateries and Church of Good Shepherd. Host was really friendly too!

We spent two nights at the property as part of our week long honeymoon trip to NZ. This property was recommended by a local expert and boy, did we make the right choice! The bedroom apartment was very cozy with a spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It was truly jaw dropping when our kind host showed us around the rooms for our check-in. The staff were incredibly responsive and fast in answering any questions before our pre-arrival experience. The location was dark enough for us to enjoy the stars and see the Milky Way from the wood deck. A truly magical experience. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful apartment with stunning views. So comfortable and spotlessly clean also.loved the fact it had own laundry & this was well used too. The drier had a malfunction but We were offered the use of the main drier instead. I’d happily stay there again as it was just fantastic!

This was a gorgeous property with a fantastic view of the Lake and Mountains. We would loved to have stayed longer just for the accomodation. The hosts met us onsite and gave us a thorough run down on ammenities, local restaurants and other tips. We would highly recommend Lake Tekapo as a stop and definitely the MacKenzie Suites.

Beautiful view from the balcony. The owner put my name on the garage door so that we knew where to park our car. Even the ipad inside the room displayed welcome message with my name.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, warm and quiet with beautiful decor. The view of the Lake is stunning and can be appreciated from a private, outdoor space. I would definitely stay here again.
