Loved this room! Would stay again and will recommend! The kitchen was immaculate and felt new. We cooked a full dinner there and heated up leftovers. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Overall very satisfied!!

There was a horrible odor in the room that someone tried to mask with a ton of cleaner. Which then made the room smell like something rotten mixed with sanitizer. The paint on the wall was bubbled up and peeling. The smell was so overpowering that it was difficult to sleep.

It seemed like the housekeeper did the bare minimum in our room. I don't think anything was properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. We found an empty drink bottle in a drawer as well. The couch did not look or feel clean either. The dishes were also dirty so I had to re-wash each one we used.

The hotel was quiet. I heard no noise coming from the room next to me. The staff made everything a peaceful atmosphere.

I love the size of the room and the kitchenette. It would be perfect for a long stay. The property was very nice and updated. There were a bunch of young kids running down the hall multiple times during the night (sounded like a herd of elephants) but that wasn't the hotels fault. The other thing is that our room smelled of marijuana. They tried to mask the smell with fresheners but that didn't quite work. We just dealt with it and sprayed our own air fresheners. No breakfast either (bummer).
Otherwise overall good experience.

The lady at the front desk wouldn’t listen to me. She kept talking about things not related to the hotel or check in even though I said a few times I was in a hurry.

The room was nice, but the remote didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work. I was on the third floor and all night I heard slamming doors and bumping and running. I couldn’t sleep told the lady on duty she said she would call the rooms and ask to keep it down. But I was hoping to be moved to another room or she at least come hear for herself. For the extra fees I had to pay it should have been quiet.

The cancer treatment center uses this property and there is a lot of Mary J that gets smoked outside. Do not park near the building if that matters to you. Otherwise great facility

We were not able to even stay the night. They use industrial cleaners due to allowing pets which my husband was horribly allergic to and we had to leave because he couldn't breath!!!!!!! We are still trying to get a refund due to the fact we had to pay for other accomedations!
