Photos online are not accurate because condition of room looked much older and worn so this doesn’t match high ratings or higher price point since it doesn’t look like a new hotel inside room or like other Staybridge but hallways and lobby looked nice and modern and overall it was clean.

First it was not the room I booked. I was told they sometimes use stock photos and the room I thought I was getting was not available. The room was fine but the mattress has definitely been used as it has a major sag where people lay. Water pressure was not great. The staff were all very nice and welcoming.

It’s a good location and staff is friendly. However, we booked for 4 nights and our beds were never made and we needed to request clean towels because they were not picked up. Housekeeping needs improvement.

This Overland Park hotel was convenient and sufficient. Conveniently located for access to all KC area activities, but not worth the current price tag. Nothing about the hotel was impressive, but it wasn't horrible either. I was happy with the overall condition of the property, but not with the level of cleanliness. Items were found in places around the room from the previous occupants, demonstrating that the cleaning staff were not anywhere close to thorough. If you're a business traveler looking for a sufficient space, and aren't particular about a clean room, then this place might be alright. I'll be unlikely to revisit this hotel with other superior options in the area.

Room assigned was either occupied or not cleaned yet. Given another room, was told the hotel doesn't have king size bed, as advertised in making the reservation stated.

Overall it was very nice, except for the pull-out sofa bed. The pull'out bed was terrible and they didn't have sheets for it either. I really wish we didn't need to use it.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Nice variety and was also well stocked. The kids loved the pool, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied and had everything we needed.
the only negative was we needed the pull out bed for the kids to sleep, and there was not any sheets, covers or pillows for it, but the staff was quick to supply them.

My stay was horrible. The customer service was horrible at the front desk. The young gentleman that works there during the day needs to learn customer service skills, and I paid a lot of money to stay .

The hotel was very clean. Pool area was quiet and not busy the entire weekend. Pool water itself was a little cloudy. Breakfast was good and included. Had many options for hot/cold food options. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent except for two things. The breakfast bar on the second day didn't open until 7:30 which was a big inconvenience, and the rooms are smaller than expected for a "suite."

The gal who does the breakfasts is wonderful and does a great job. All the staff were nice. Comfy beds, nice breakfast and even a happy hour in the evening a few nights a week. How nice!

Really enjoyed the space of the room, having a small kitchen and had a great breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was some of the best we have had at a hotel.
