Staff very nice - offered early check in. Room nice, compact but pleasant. Very good location with easy parking.

Unfortunately the toilet and bathroom were separate, plus that the toilet was realy no bigger than that on an aeroplane.

I had a medical emergency and a personal issue whilst i was at the hotel. The staff were excellent in dealing with all my issues, cannot thank them enough for the help and support received during my stay

The property was very convenient to the historic center of Wismar, but had elevators and convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience of its location.

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there.Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

My stay was nice eventho restaurant and bar was closed due to Covid-19. The negative test and requesting it on before hand could have been friendlier, but I them again I am used to German customer service by now.
All together ok, I might stay there again.

New hotel with a good location close to the harbour. Parking VERY cheap. Yes, toilet is very small but fine for a couple of days. Very friendly staff

We had lovely time in hotell. Big toilet, big room and really comfy bed. Everything was nice quality. Close to everything

Very comfortable new hotel. Loved the king bed. Food for both breakfast and dinner superb. Service in the restaurant can be improved. Based on who takes your order, you might eat quickly or wait a long time since the order was forgotten and then eat cold food. Other than that hotel is great.

New hotel. Rooms not overly big but nice partition. Big 55" tv set. Very good (changeable to 5 different settings) room lighting even for reading in bed. Perfect double bed with the right mattress. Walking distance to Wismar centre. From the hotel it is only a stone throw to the harbour. Big parking area behind the hotel and for the moment free of charge. We will visit again.
