During our stay, there were fire alarm issues. The alarm repeatedly sounded without communicated explanation. Did not get any sleep that night.

Queen beds were advertised but the rooms have double beds instead. I would not have booked if I knew this.

The bed is not comfortable, the sheets seem to have been reused, and the heating system is noisy.

The location was great. Mattress was terrible; and I have never experienced that at any Marriot property. Also the tub drain only worked when I held it open from bottom of tub. (Not possible to do while taking a shower)

Refrigerator in room froze everything. Small dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed. Should be mounted to wall or leveled. Shower curtain way too short and water leaked on the floor. Told cleaning person, but not fixed.

Upon arrival the staff on duty was exceptional. Bathroom had hair on floor.

Terrible front desk staff - on their phone nonstop and unsure of themself. Fire alarm went off twice around 10pm , A/C heat system vibrating noise, and NO hot water in morning.

Breakfast was the best thing this hotel had to offer. The bed was way to soft and the air wasn’t cooling

Taylor, at the front desk, was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

This was my second stay and it was good as the first. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. the bed was comfortable, they had a nice selection for the free breakfast and the staff was friendly. The young man which helped me switch rooms when my phone didn't work went far and above to accommodate me.

No glasses in the room. Would love 1 bottle of complimentary water at least

I have stayed here several times before but it was obvious maintenance and cleaning have declined. There was urine and hairs on the toilet rim when we entered the room.

I chose to stay at the Marriott because there was a threat of high winds and flooding from hurricane Ian and I live in a very wooded area. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and check in was easy. My room was clean, the bed was and comfortable and the bedding was fresh. My room was stocked with fresh towels, toiletries and the coffee bar was stocked. It's easy access from capitol blvd. and surrounded by many eateries. There is also nearby shopping. I was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. It's a beautiful space! very comfy beds!
