From the very beginning, manager on duty was very short and rude during check in. Walked around facility barefoot… “monitoring” the building the whole time and just staring at the guest?? Seemed odd. The hotel door to your room would “ding” every time you opened it, which was weird like they were keeping tags when you left your room etc. get into room and ROACHES EVERYWHERE. brown “poop” like stains on the sheets and blankets. Chewed gum stuck to the dressers. Upon leaving for check out, manager was getting off elevator “shooing” me instead of saying “excuse me” when he was in the way of guests trying to get on elevator. All around the worse experience I’ve ever encountered. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The room was dirty and had bugs. The fridege haad a moldy chili dog and moldy salasa in it. There was bloody hand print streaked across the wall. The desk chair arms were unraveling in tatters. The "breakfast" was just waffles and apple juice. The guy checking me in was rude. I will never stay at a super 8 ever again after this experience.

Room had a damp musky smell, problem getting door to lock & latch. Mattress to soft for our liking. All I saw for breakfast was one kind of cold cereal & a waffle iron. We didn’t eat there. Coffee hot but not tasty

Arrived at the hotel,checked in and got our key and as we was walking up to our room door,the door was open. The beds was not made,the door to the bathroom wouldn't shut and the floors was dirty. Went and told the clerk and she said it was laundry day and they had stripped all of the rooms to clean and do laundry. We went to go eat at Brewingz across the street, came back and the beds were made but had stains on them. Told the clerk and she just said ok and finally sent some up to redo the beds. Getting new towels was a headache too because we couldn't get any unless we bought the old ones down to the clerk and then they kept asking why did we need so many towels and we just needed two big towels and four face towels and we didnt get them. Worst experience ever and i won't book again

They ask me for a $50 Deposit just to put it on hold till I check out .. is today and still waiting

Terrible breakfast… not recommended for family

We had to wait 30 minutes to check in and we were tired from the road. There are no business services like they said. We just wanted to print a boarding pass and the clerk did not understand us. We went to eat and 3 guys could not check in because no one was around. They were still there when we got back! They must of paid already because i would not have the patience. Everywhere we stay this trip was shabby shady and mis represented by EXPEDIA

At a glance this hotel has great curb appeal and is located near shopping and restaurants. However once in our rooms (I had two reservations) we came to find that the rooms were not as clean and well maintained as in the photographs. After dropping off our luggage and going to dinner, we returned and found that one of the rooms was infested with roaches! Upon further inspection, the rooms were filthy! There was excessive hair on the couch even though it's a pet free property and the couch cushions were stained. At the other room we pulled some of the furniture back to check for bugs and it was just filthy. The rooms also had an unpleasant body odor smell. We requested to change rooms but no other rooms were available so we decided to change hotels and request a refund. The staff said we would have to return the next day to speak with the manager. We returned the next morning and spoke to the manager. She said she called pest control and explained that flying cockroaches must have flown into the air condition and gotten into the room... We requested a full refund for both the rooms but only received a partial refund. Will never visit this hotel again.

I liked the spacious rooms. The parking is tight.

Everything was great, the breakfast was okay not as good as the property.

Room was very dirty. Sheets were stained. Told the front desk and they offered free breakfast. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible. I stayed there when it was recently opened and it was very nice. Now is under another management and is the worst place I ever stayed. Cockroaches everywhere, there was stains on the sheets, boogers on the walls, mold smell in the room. The ‘included’ breakfast was only waffles and rotten OG. I had baby cockroaches on my night stand. Stay away

I did not feel that it was very clean. Thin walls and night manager not very personable. It was convenient and close to food.

The hotel looked clean feom the outside, but once you entered the room, it was very gross. Our hotel room had various holes, stains, and sticky stuff around the room. It was a non-smoking hotel but our room reeked like smoke. Plus there were a couple burn marks and smoke residue around the room. I'll never stay there again

Good hotel to stay

I checked into the room and left the property to visit family neglecting to inspect the room. When i came back around 1am i found the room had at least half a dozen german roaches dead and alive. The sheets were staind had hairs and felt damp and when i requested new ones i was given smaller ones that did not cover the bed. When i asked to be given another room i was told i could not have another room because it had been more than one hour. There are stains all over the walls, and on the bed. I shouldnt have to check for bodily fluids, provide pest control or have to replace sheets. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Around 2 am i called again and finally was put into another room. I had to investigate it before agreeing since per the manager i would could not change my decision between a new room or refund Luckily the room was clean enough for me to stay. The difference was amazing and had i gotten this room first off be leaving a great review.

Cleaning staff were helpful. Management did not address the roach problem in our room. They were informed about problem and promised to get pest control; no one came.

From the outside the property looks nice, new, clean and great. However, rooms need deep cleaning and attention. Staff is not personable, helpful or nice. Stayed here last year and it was good but time/ownership has made this property down grade.

The rooms were all dirty! The room hadn’t been swept, shower was dirty with a black ring around the rim of it, bed comforts had stains on it, and the room smelled! We were given another room that had the same issue but one clean bed and one unmade bed so he just gave us the bedding to make it ourselves! When the toilet over flooded he gave me a plunger and said I had to fix it! The only breakfast they had for the whole 6 day stay was waffle maker, plain corn flakes and Cheerios! We had to literally buy breakfast and go to family house to shower! My children were scared to even use the bathroom!!! I will never recommend this hotel!!!

Comfort

Stayed at the Super 8 as a stop for a family road trip. Management was very accommodating for our late arrival. The property is on great condition, and conveniently located off US 59. Our only negatives were finding some red droplets on our bed sheets (blood?) and very limited breakfast options. We didn't notify management about the stains because it was late. Breakfast in the morning ws límited to coffee/juice and cereal/waffles. The seating area for breakfast was also very small. Overall, would recommend this hotel for a quick stay/stop.

I loved the staff more than the room but overall it’s a good quick and cheap place for a night. Complimentary breakfast consist of cereal, waffles and coffee/milk/juices. Quiet and peaceful. Walking distance of groceries, gas stations, fast foods & dine ins.
