There was no shower curtain or towels in the room, called the front desk never answered

The room that we stayed in was occupied by countless cockroaches, of various sizes. The floor was dirty, and there were the crusty remains of other cockroaches, which had been smashed on the walls. When I went to complain, I was advised that the hotel was sold out, so they would be unable to provide me another room. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was busy, but he would contact me at 9:00 am the following day. The time and day came and went, but no contact was made by management. While at the hotel, I learned that they did not offer coffee to their patrons. This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay.

The sofa beds were filled with dog and human hair. There were no extra blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. Then when we finally got blankets and sheets for it, balls of hair came out of the blanket. We found two cockroaches crawling on the wall. You had to ask the front desk for a hairdryer and a tv remote. I will never stay there again.

The room was bare bones. There were towels and 2 plastic
drinking cups. Bed not very comfortable. Requested a King bed, but got a queen. The hotel was filled with many undesirable people, felt unsafe. I would not stay there again.

Hooker was getting cheeks clapped as we were walking to our room. Seems like people live here as some rooms seem like they had a whole family in them having a conversation. Walls so thin you literally hear everything. Cherry on top was our bed had a blood stain on it.

Most of our expectations were reached except that there is not electric car charging station and is not mentioned in the description at this point every property should have one the receptionist mentioned to us that the closest was at the casino 3 blocks away but the manager refuse to acomódate transportation to pick my car in the morning when the HAVE the shuttle park in the reception area for guest who need ride to the airport it was ridiculous that she couldn’t provide my 66 year old husband and me a ride with a 90 degree wheater outside and knowing that there is something that it wasn’t a guest fault so desapointing

I had stayed in this location in the past and was unhappy with the noise that was coming from kids playing and hanging around in hall ways .. i am very satisfied with the changes that were made and hotel is way more clean i plan on staying again in the future ..

Room was very dirty and dusty. My kids have allergies so it was very uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay overnight we just left before midnight. So overall we stayed about 10 hours. If possible I would like a refund.

I did not care for the fact that they had baby roaches crawling all over the room. The guests that were staying there were also quite questionable. Please take this down from Expedia it was horrendous. They issued us a full refund.

This hotel didn't work out at all for me it was infested with not just one species but two species of cockroach. We just can't do roaches. So we packed up and I notified the front desk they said no problem with the refund I contacted the hotels.com and they had no problem with the refund as well so that part went good. Thank goodness

It was a convenient place to stay. They say they have coffee on the website but they did not have any in the building which was unfortunate. There was hair in the shower and in the bathroom sink. Bed seemed fairly clean although one pillow had a footprint on it. No sign of pests. Very friendly staff. Bed was fairly comfortable. Big refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Fast internet.
