Best Working Team of all Four Seasons Hotels!

Great location, right in the center. Great concierge team, you can communicate with them via text & they reply very promptly. Beautiful rooftop terrace, design of rooms is very nice. They have a house car that can drop you off in the city center, if you’re lucky to catch it. On the flip side: the price is VERY high for the service they provide. The check in during 3 stays NEVER went smoothly, they do not value repeat guests. We always had to wait long times before getting to our room, even had to use their public restrooms & spa toilet to change, despite communicating our exact arrival. Each and every time they claim they are fully booked while the number of guests you see in the public amenities do not reflect that at all. A late checkout was never possible. For our anniversary they did not do anything special, despite mentioning it multiple times beforehand. We have stayed at 9 Four Seasons worldwide and have received far better treatment in other locations. The breakfast foods are not necessarily great, rather ok, again, we have better in other Four Seasons. The condition of the pool/ public area was abhorrent. All 3 showers were not working. The sauna was tiny, used & old. The pool was rather cold.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. We were greeted and treated like Queens. The room was spacious and well kept. The lobby was very welcoming and accommodating in every way. Concierge had great food recommendations and the car service was available upon request.

Que puedo de ir se este hotel? Espectacular!! Todo es fantástico y excelente. He estado en muchos hoteles incluyendo Four Seasons y este ha sido el mejor de todos sin duda alguna. No tienen nada que mejorar. Lo mas impactante fue la atención del personal, TODOS son excepcionales. Mi eterna gratitud a Raul y Veronica. Que personas tan amables y profesionales. Gracias a los dos por hacer mi estancia tan agradable y fácil. Lo resolvieron todo con facilidad y siempre con buenas ganas. GRACIAS!!! Y gracias a la gerencia por tener personal tan calificado en ese hotel. Si existiera calificación de 10 ⭐️ ese seria para el Four Seasons Madrid.

Here is hotel where you truly feel spoiled. The staff are excellent, well trained and always willing to help you . The accommodations are gorgeous and the restaurant serves very high quality food. We could not have been more satisfied with our stay here.

Absolutely THE best hotel in Madrid and one of the best Four Seasons hotels in the world. Outstanding! This was the second time I have stayed there and I am looking forward to return. If you can afford this hotel, do not even consider any other options. I have tried some of them and this is the best.

So I’m a self admitted bougie traveler and prefer to only stay at top rated hotels and resorts. This is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The service, attention to detail and accommodations are far superior than any place I’ve stayed in Spain or for the world for that matter. I’m very excited at returning again next year for the same experience. This is a “must stay!!”

We would want to highly recommend this hotel! 1. It’s location is in the centre, where one can reach all the main attractions by foot. 2. The room is elegant, very comfortable and with all the amenities of the highest standards. 3. We ate at the Dani brassiere and the ISA bar which both were excellent, food and service. Both represent high value for money. Breakfast buffet of the Dani is excellent. 4. The gym and pool were superb. The gym is of the highest standards! 5. We can’t overemphasis enough the quality of the staff, from the doorman through the front desk and the the concierge up to the room service and maids. All of them were extremely courteous and helpful . every wish or question we had was addressed to the best of our wishes. 6. The only issue that should be addressed regards street concerts during the day in the Sevilla street. The windows weren’t insulating enough. I hope that it would be fixed until our next visit…
