The location in Ouray is great. The room (and its balcony!) has amazing view and sounds of the river! Friendly service and clean rooms.

This is a very nice Hotel on the north side of Ouray. Great location right on the river, near the Ouray Hot Springs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. They have a very nice outdoor hot tub. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

This is a beautiful property right along the river. We kept out window open to hear the river through the night! There is a nice deck out the backdoor of the room where you can look down on the river!
The room was very cute and had a lot of character. It was nicely decorated and recently remodeled. Very comfortable and cozy! Friendly staff! Well maintained property!

The women at the front desk are the friendliest ever! And the view and sound of the river are so relaxing. The location is just far enough from town to be quiet, yet close enough to walk.

I'd definitely go back! The rooms were clean. The staff was so friendly. The view off the deck in the back was spectacular! Location was easy in and out! 10/10 recommended

The rooms are large, have comfortable beds, are very quiet, have a walk-in ahower, and they serve continental breakfast. It is so peaceful sitting on the back balcony watching and listening to the river. They also have a fireplace. The employees are very friendly.

Very large rooms - 500 sq. ft.!!! Very clean and nicely decorated. Every room has a balcony that overlooks the rushing river. We slept with our window open so we could hear it. The staff was great and a continental breakfast was included.

The sheets on one bed were extremely worn out and had a rip. I reported to front desk and they replaced the pillow case but not the ripped sheet.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel and its staff! Comfortable room with a great view of the river and mountains. Super friendly staff. Enjoyed the walking path by the river with easy access from the room. We would stay here again if we're ever back in Ouray.

This is a quaint, homey property with balconies overlooking the river. The Ouray shops & restaurants are a 10 minute walk. A relaxing hotel with friendly staff.

We have stayed here a couple times now. A couple of things, the shower heads are atrocious, barely spit out any water. Beds are starting to get dips in them that make it uncomfortable.
