This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. First of all, the staff has no sense of service, and their attitude is indifferent and unhelpful, which makes me feel neither warm nor comfortable. Secondly, the check-in time must be after 3 o'clock which is non-negotiable and the check-out time is 10 o'clock which is really early in the morning. Thirdly, there are many unreasonable things in the room, including but not limited to the lack of a storage table next to the washbasin, the wifi speed in the room is very slow, and the stuff putting on the cutlery box can easily slide into the gap behind the desk when we try to open it (in fact, I saw there are indeed many things dropped by other guests in it). Would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.

The breakfast this morning was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't get enough of the delicious hamburger and French toast.

We liked the hotel but found the amenities lacking. The bathroom really needs hooks on the walls in order to hang towels. There was no lobby to be able to chat with others. I realize that space is at a premium. Overall, we were pleased.

wonderful experience staying Yokohama Hilton breakfast excellent very convenience. Location from Haneda airport. Also convenience for cruise terminal.. Wonderful places to eat, shoppe... Love to stay this hotel in future

Good hotel in a business park

There are not my favorite restaurants near this hotel.

The hotel is in the business district, but it is a block from the subway that takes you to the Minatomirai station in one direction and Yokohama Station in the other (both one stop away for 200Y). Motomachi shopping area is 2 stops away. The hotel rooms are larger than most hotels.

I booked this hotel because of the convenience for a concert at KT Zepp and it was a great accommodation. The only knock is that the room while it had plenty of outlets did not have any USB ports.

Close to Subway and train station

Very good stay. Warm and friendly staff and a good location.

The only good point to stay here is the hotel’s room modern design. No washing machine in the hotel, no baggage delivery service also. No provide cotton face pad. A very basic but with modern design room. 10 minutes walk to subway station, 12 minutes walk to YCAT and 15 minutes walk to Yokohama station.

This place has impeccable interior design. The breakfast buffet is also amazing. I really enjoyed my stay!

It's new and the staff were superb in all respects. Discreet but always helpful.

Easy to reach from the central of Yokohama. Room is clean and quiet. Good breakfast with a reasonable price.
