Someone was having a party and they were loud till 4am. I called front desk twice and nothing was done about it. DO NOT STAY if you plan on getting some sleep.

Hotel was okay, pool was fun, room was small, parking was horrendous which was super frustrating when you have kids and it’s winter. Service was good, pub was great.

It is a good stay. The ac is loud when it kicks in. Need an upgrade on the heating/cooling system.

The photos make it look way nicer than it is. It needs some major updating. And do not get a room that overlooks the water slides as it is Extremely Loud right till closing which is not till 10:00 p.m. the staff are excellent and very nice and the pub on site is really nice with excellent pizza.

The restaurant was fantastic! Rooms were nice. The slides were fun and the kids enjoyed the splashing, pool and hot tub.
The price between what was advertised and what I got charged was frustrating.

I was there for a conference and everything went well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The conference seemed well organized. The food and service during the conference and in the hotel restaurant were good.

We enjoyed our stay! Really pleased that they offer an inflatable single bed complete with bedding and pillow in a bag! We usually travel with one but had forgotten it so that was awesome! The room was clean and comfortable and the pool is always a hit for the kids!

Hotel is a little dated and not an easy layout. Pool area is great for little kids, but gets quite crowded. Lots of walkable restaurants and convenience in the area. Price is pretty steep considering there’s no breakfast included.

The only thing that I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room. We had to go down to the restaurant to warm up my daughter’s bottles.

I wanted to try this hotel becsuse of the pool for my daughter. The slide was good, but the pool is a bit small. It was noisy in the hallway, kids screaming in the pool area even when the was close or before it open in the morning. No designated smoking area outside, people smoking right outside the lobby. You have to walk by the smokers. The room could have been better. I wanted to book a room away from the pool side but it wasn't letting me. I won't be staying here again.

The water park was not managed very well. Lots of people sliding double and triple down the slide and even with a baby. Horse play.

The kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms had adequate space and the beds and pillows were comfortable, which means a lot after a long day of travel and exploration. The kids totally enjoyed the waterpark; we would stay here again.

The fact that at 7:00 am I was awoken by the pool cleaning staff singing loudly was very disappointing. The sound echoed around the pool area and awoke my entire family. Equally disappointing was that the staff at check out said “some people enjoy themselves when working”. Not very happy.
