Nice and cozy but spacious rooms. Clean and crisp bedding and towels. Clean cutlery and drink glasses wrapped and kept in fridge, smart. On top of everything is friendly customer service provided by staff there.

Our family room was very clean, beds & pillows very comy, well stocked kitchenette including kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery & crockery. We had a great night sleep!

Housekeeping and staff were good but room wasn’t too clean.Stayed in a family room with partner and kids for two nights who all left our shoes outside,but after walking around inside barefoot we noticed how dirty the carpets were when everyone’s feet were stained black from the dirty carpet.

A light fitting was loose in the wall. There was an empty shampoo bottle in the bathroom. There was cutlery for 2 but only 1 fork.

Very conveniently situated on the outskirts of Gunnedah. Yes a little noisy with traffic going past but the room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and a toaster, kettle and fridge made oir stay enjoyable. We ate at the Station hotel. Great food and reasonably priced. Within walking distance of the Overlander

The room was clean and tidy. Good bathroom. Great beds. Very comfortable sleep. Unfortunately the pool area has not been maintained and the pool was dirty so couldn't go for a swim on one of Gunnedah's very hot days.

Noisy too close to highway constant flow of trucks and occasional train - could hear people in next room. Fridge made a buzzing noise couldn't sleep

Basic, clean room. Electric blanket control was right in my back and I wasn't able to move it so I had to sleep on spare bed. A tiny turn of the shower taps gave either boiling or freezing water.

Nothing to complain about except during the day it was a busy corner and there was no electric blanked (yes, very petty). Good, reasonably priced accommodation and it has just been renovated.

This is a great place to stay in Forbes. I was at the Elvis Festival, so much cheaper for the sake of a 26 minute drive. Rooms are a good size, staff are lovely, they have an Indian Restaurant. Would definitely stay there again

Turned up and room wasn't even made up
they made the bed for me but didn't actually clean the room until I requested it the next day and the tone of voice when I did wasn't welcoming
