Really nice hotel, we had everything that we need. They offer late check out (maximum 2 hours) for a small fee which is convenient.

Can’t really say anything bad about this place. It was close to the metro, quiet, comfy and the a/c worked well which was needed after wondering around Osaka in the heat.

Close to the subway station, good buffet breakfast. It’s very nice to have a balcony the only drawback is that they didn’t offer any chairs or table for the balcony

Great hotel in a decent location. Close to train station but be warned, this station does not have any escalators so on our way to and from the airport, we had to carry our luggage up/down very steep flights of stairs. 15 minute walk to Dotonbori with lots of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the lounge area with free coffee and soft drinks. The ice machine was always out of ice though. Used the laundry which was always busy but much appreciated as we were on a 3 week vacation. Room was a bit small and the cleaning ladies would not get rid of the glasses we used for the entire stay. Grocery and convenience stores close by. We would definitely recommend the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel

It was a great stay at Miyako City Osaka Hommachi, Great location, friendly staff, Free Beverage station [Cold drinks and Coffee] greatly appreciated after a long hot day sightseeing, Hotel was clean and smelt beautiful. Nice breakfast, although it could do with additional cereals and a toaster station for Westeners. All in all a great stay, and would recommend and stay again.

Very well located hotel. The staff was friendly with us. There is a smoking area inside the hotel. The room was amazing with a balcony and a view on the city. There is some kind of mall, lots of restaurant and metros near the hotel. There is a guest lounge with free drinks at the front desk.

I'm an American. During my stay in Osaka, I got sick with an eye infection. As much as I enjoy foreign cuisines, it was real nice to have McDonald's down the street for comfort food. It was a very nice hotel, no complaints.

Really lovely hotel, 7/11 and supermarket within 3 minute walk. Nearest station around 5 minute walk away, room was clean and bed comfortable. Particularly enjoyed having a drink station we were able to use throughout the day- really nice touch. We would stay here again if we come back to Osaka!

My staying room was a little narrow, but the bathroom was quite nice (clean and enough space). I enjoyed very much and relaxed in the hot water bathtub.

Every details have exceeded my expectation and breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Staff are helpful

One of the best properties I’ve stayed i. Japan thus far. From check in till checkout everything was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Felt very safe as you can only go to the floor you have a room, when you scan your room key it automatically goes to that floor.

This property has some awesome and awful features. It could easily receive five stars with a couple improvements. I will start with the biggest issue, the a/c system and air purifiers need a deep professional cleaning in at least the 12th and 14th floors. We booked multiple rooms that had this issue. Later, I saw staff trying to air out the rooms. If you look in with a flashlight you can see black environmental growth. This caused some people in our group congestion, headaches and unwell feeling. Other than this the rooms appeared clean, with the exception of dust in high areas. The hotel is in a fairly convenient location for public transportation, convenience stores, shopping, even possible to walk to tourists attractions if you have the energy. The room is small, good size bathroom, all is laid out well.we sometimes heard noise from the street. Breakfast was okay, mostly Asian options. We are pretty adventurous eaters so it worked out for us, however I don't think I would pay extra for it when there's so much food around. They had rolls, green salad, awesome fruit, cornflakes, tots. You will not find omelets, pancakes, cheese, bacon. They have dumplings, porridge, loosely scrambled eggs, meats, yogurt, fruit, shrimp, octopus balls... You can use your Netflix or Amazon account on the tv! The lobby has drinks 24 hours a day. Staff were friendly, didn't speak English, and were not effective if finding us rooms without environmental growth. Google translate
