Generally clean. Room was a bit dusty insome areas, particularly around base of bed and furniture.

Parking garage gave me problems.

They pretend parking is included. No mention in listing, nor stated at check in, but when you park where they tell you to, they add hidden $15/day fee. I’m not upset about the money but I agreed to one price and was charge a different one. Definitely deceptive practice by design. Room had what I can only assume was biological matter caked into white ottoman.

This hotel was a good choice

The eating area was not particularly welcoming and even had to pay for coffee. Had to search outside the food prep area justvto find a spoon..weird.i

Hotel was nice and clean. Had a rooftop bar but did not open till late due to staffing. But once they did was nice having a drink up there. Bar and starbucks in lobby.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was beautifully designed and appointed. Whoever the architect was for this hotel is amazing.

Bathroom was filthy upon arrival but it was convenient and cute!

Excellent check in and location

The downtown location is nice as you have access to restaurants and bars in a walking distance. The staff were short-handed and couldn’t keep up with customer needs though they were trying hard. The hotel just didn’t seem to have enough people on a busy graduation weekend when the hotel was a full house.

The area is great! Restaurants, bars, art etc....

House keeping forgot to take out the trash in the TV room area and previous clients empty laundry hangers with plastic were in the closet.

Very clean, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Gym is spacious. Lots of local business dining options within walking distance. There doesn’t seem to be a big convenience store, like a Walgreens or CVS, within walking distance, but the hotel and local deli provides some basic toiletries and items. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant right along Fourth Street. We enjoyed walking to the nearby parks and watching a full-on outdoor yoga/meditation class and a few outdoor running groups. The parking garage was conveniently next to the hotel, just make sure to use the correct entrance - only one entrance will read the hotel card key (need to let the front desk know you’ll be parking there upon check-in). There was one night we saw a broken window into the parking lot, but nothing happened to our car. Overall, very clean and a walkable small but vibrant area. Would definitely book here again if we had to come back into town.

The hotel staff made this place unpleasant. They were ALL surly and mean. It’s in a dark side of town and the staff demeanor reflected it. No free coffe, but also inefficient staff to take your order for coffee. When they did show up, it took forever to get your order. They never cleaned our room. Empty conditioner bottle in the shower. Broken wall in the shower. Weird parking situation. Go somewhere else.

Property was convenient to my meeting with food and shopping options close by.

Easy check in. Nice and clean room.

When we arrived we wanted to buy water for our room and they were totally out of bottled water. We went up to the bar for a glass of wine and the corkscrew was broken. The bartender Bree was very nice. She went in search of a corkscrew but could not find one.

The front desk people were nice. Easy check in and parking. Pillow case was dirty and people above us and on the same level as us were extremely loud.

Enjoyed everything about my stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located downtown. Plenty to check out within walking distance. Overnight parking is an additional $15 in the garage next to the hotel.
